Never again. Trusted this company with delivering an anniversary bouquet. Confirmed the day before that delivery would occur. This order was placed days before delivery was to occur. They are located around 20 minutes from the delivery address.
I was concerned when they weren’t delivered in the morning, so I called to inquire and they asked for my wife’s phone number so the driver could call her to arrange meeting outside the business. I paid for a delivery, and it is an open door business that the driver could go in very easily and deliver the flowers. But I provided the number regardless
A few minutes later they called my wife and informed her that they couldn’t deliver the flowers during the normal business hours.
Imagine getting a call that someone ordered you flowers, but that they wouldn’t get delivered. They did offer to deliver to our home, but that was an hour away.
You do not call the person who is receiving the flowers with that information. The assistant manager Bridget and her employees couldn’t care less or care about the situation. Never ever again. So much for a 15 year anniversary bouquet. I asked Howe they would feel about that, and she informed me that she was divorced. So maybe that explains a few things.
I’ve ordered flowers for people going back 20 years…this is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. I’d love to post some photos, but there is literally no flowers to take a photo of.

Bloomers is an outstanding florist. I always use them when ordering flowers in St Louis. I just ordered flowers for my Godson's funeral. The funeral home refused to take them for the wake and told them to deliver it to the church the next day. They knew I had asked specifically for them to be delivered to the wake. They called me and apologized for being unable to deliver them as I asked and delivered them the next day instead. The compassion and empathy showed to me was above and beyond in every sense of the word. The arrangement was spectacular as well. They are wonderful. Kudos to Brittany who was so supportive throughout this process.

I'm beyond impressed with the arrangement I bought for an elderly client who unfortunately is grieving the death of her dog. The arrangement is identical to the picture on 1-800 flowers. The arrangement is of a dog with Wings. Its adorable. The delivery driver also knowledge the lose of her beloved dog. I will definitely use this florist again. Thank you.

This is my 3rd arrangement I’ve received from them and I become more and more impressed everytime. Today, my parents sent me an all white arrangement in a vase full of daises, roses, tiger lillies and sprays. It is so beautiful it looks artificial!
I called to Thank them, the entire staff couldn’t be nicer! I will be definitely using them for all of my floral needs, you should too! Thank You Brittney and Flo for a job well done! Support Small businesses!!

My sweet husband ordered me flowers and chocolate for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my work. He ordered through 1-800-flowers so I’m not sure if he chose the florist or what. The chocolates showed up completely melted and inedible so he talked to 1-800-flowers to get the chocolates refunded. Less than an hour later someone from the florist office showed up and waited around my work to get the chocolates and flowers back because the whole order was canceled. I walked my TRASH CAN up to the front so he could see that they were inedible but still waited for me to hand the flowers back despite it being an issue between them and 1-800-flowers. Worst service I've ever had. We’ll be sure to actively avoid this florist going forward. The holiday for love does not radiate through Bloomers Florist!

My son ordered flowers for his mom’s retirement. They came today & I was blown away at how beautiful the bouquet arrangement was! He ordered through 1-800-FLOWERS. Just order through direct. My wife loved the flowers!

Actually, this class was gifted to me bcoz of my interest in making floral arrangements; it’s something I have found to enjoy and love. In class we made a floral ring, a centerpiece and a wedding bouquet.

I ordered a specific bouquet from the 1-800-flowers website. I have never done this before, so I wasn’t sure how it worked. I put in the recipient’s address and they contacted the nearest participating florist, which apparently was Bloomer’s. I was skeptical that the end result would look like the picture, but it was actually even MORE beautiful!! Better than I could have imagined. My loved one was so thrilled that she was almost in tears. The delivery man was also such a kind gentleman. He reached out to her to let her know about the delivery to make sure she would be home soon as it was a hot & sunny day. He placed them in a more protected spot. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks, Bloomers for great service and for helping to cheer up my family!! ?
