The customer service at this location was horrible. We rented a Van for the weekend and the front desk worker is trying to charge us $250 for dog hair which was impossible. We took our dog to the shelter in the morning picked up the rental at 4:30 on Friday. Dropped the rental off at 9:00 am on Monday and picked our dog up at 10:00 am. He also charged us $94 for not fueling the van up in which it was fully fueled. He did not have any pictures to back this up as I called the customer service line for the complaint to get my money back in which the rep on the phone was nice enough to look into it and said the guy had no pictures to validate the charges. This guy was a fraud and just trying to take your money. Do NOT rent from this location.

If the owner tells you all other locations are out of vehicles or are limiting rental conditions, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. I went to the STL Avis, told them what he said, and they looked at me like I was talking crazy. If you use Avis, go to the airport location.This was the absolute worst rental experience I've ever had. When I went to pick up my reserved vehicle, the desk worker informed me that there were none available and acted like it was my fault for making the reservation online. He then strung me along for hours with the promise a car would be "back for an oil change" and treated my interest in keeping my reservation like a burden and annoyance.I canceled my reservation through and filed a complaint with Avis. I will never rent through this location again. I also wonder what exactly happened to the car I reserved as the proprietor was never able to tell me the make/model I was waiting for.

My experience with Avis budget was great. I came into the office early before going to work to book my rental the day of pick up my vehicle was ready to go. Not much staff in the office because a lot of people are working from home now, but the gentleman that helped me was very nice and respectful time and patience is key I will recommend anyone to use this company services.

Make-A-Wish has reserved a truck for my outing. No one was there to greet and when I was greeted the guy with glasses came to the front with a very nasty and disgusting attitude. He immediately told me that all cars were reserved and gone, not even asking if I had reservations. He even went as far as attempting to argue with me in front of other customers because I was very confused about the truck being taken but it was sitting right out front.It’s disturbing that I had to deal with devious behavior such as that for something that was suppose to be joyous and fulfilling for my sick and ill son. This was reserved months in advance, do you think he cares? Absolutely not. Degenerate behavior from someone that is suppose to help you, instead he made this Wish a living hell.

Made a reservation online. Showed up to find approximately 50 people in line, 1 person working the counter, and no cars. Made my reservation weeks in advance and now have no car to get me to Kansas City

EXCELLENT SERVICE: I love reserving online, completing all of my upfront leg work, and then heading in and it's a breeze. Every time I have been in it has been nothing but excellent and quick service. The return is the same I drop the keys off and keep going.

Rented several times from this location, received quick and great service everytime. The vehicles were very clean and will continue to rent from this location. This location is a convenient blessing to the Florissant area!

My experience with this facility started off on a very frustrating situation. Myself and several others that had confirmed online reservations were faced with the hard reality of being told all cars are rented out and we dont have any more cars. Having flown across state lines on a business trip it was absolutely necessary to have a car. Although this is very frustrating, Ren the owrner went out of his way to give me a ride to the hotel i was staying and was integral in helping me secure another the next day. Ubering around an entire day wasn't something i had planned when i booked and reserved a confirmation days in advance, however, thanks to Ren for the support although this is more of a cooperate disservice.

I had a horrible experience at the Manchester location and I went to the Florissant one which I frequent due to the nature of job. The manager had me in and out in a matter of minutes.Avis you need more operators like this gentleman I have never had an issue with him and he treats me with respect. Of all the locations I have visited in St. Louis area, this one is by far the absolute best!!!

Great customer service at this location I was greated once I walked in. I rented a car for a week and was given a nice mid size SUV which was perfect for size for me Renwick went over the rental agreement with me and informed me of the return policy which was helpful knowing of the late charge fees if returned late. He was very pleasant and helpful.
