I was told by insurance co to visit this location that they took my insurance. Talk to someone there. She said she would let me know if they take my insurance. Didnt talk with her so I assumed that they did. Come to find out she called me and didnt leave a message. So if she would've left a message . I would have went elsewhere. I thank Mr. MANN for his free services. I will return with a token for his generosity. I have found a office to take my insurance. Ty. Happy Holidays!!

I made an appointment for an emergency visit. I was working out of town and needed medical attention. I made it clear I was only here a few days and I needed a root canal. After x-rays and exams I was told the office did not provide the service of root canals. It was my main reason for being there and I made that very clear from the beginning. To purposely waste my time and my limited dental insurance is unethical.

First time at Aspen Dental, and everyone there was so nice and pleasant. The dentist explained everything to me and had the office manager come talk to me about the cost. I was shocked, the price was very reasonable. Going back next week so they can get started on my denture.

I was afraid at first, then when the X-ray tech came, she was very polite but not gentle. The other X-ray tech knew what she was doing. The hygienist was so knowledgeable & friendly. The Dentist was super cool, They where so in order & friendly there. All the way to the finance team.Thank you God, finally got some real help.

Went to the office because I've had nothing but problems with my dentures, they tried to refit them again and had me come back the next day I want seen until 1 hour after my appointment time Dr. D was very helpful. The reasoning behind the 2 stars is the woman at the front desk, they were calling patients in that came after I did and when I inquired she said they were there for other reasons and rolled her eyes at me as I walked back to my seat this is so disrespectful and uncalled for.

I think it may be a pretty good business. What I prepared for financially from reading their information, I was 4 thousand dollars too short. So I had to say my goodbye and go someplace else. The people and the dentist are very nice.

Best first time experience and I went in nervous but the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and talked with me about a good plan to get my dental journey started.

The whole staff were VERY FRIENDLY, DR. D was very knowledgeable in his field!!! He had a GREAT bedside manner. Looking forward to my other visits!!!!

Do NOT finance with them. It’s a headache and I had to open a dispute because of their refusal to honor their terms. It guarantees 5 day cancellation and the process should take 2-3 business day. However, it has been 15 days and the bank is saying they haven’t even heard from them so we are still at square 1. I only agreed to their over and aggressive treatment because they were the only dentist with available appointments. However, I would recommend anyone else to just wait on a smaller provider.

I called their phone number to make an appointment for my daughter. When I went in they said they couldn't find my appointment. I wasted my time. They offered to reschedule and I walked out. I saw someone with similar review so I'm not sure what is wrong with their scheduling. What else will they not do right. I'm not gonna trust them with my teeth or those of my children either.

Wish I could give a lower rating. Caught Cdiff from Aspen Dental. Lost 17 pounds. Had all my information leaked online in a cyber attack. Never received the treatments I paid for because I was called rude when I said this behavior is unacceptable. Dr Mann could care less about his patients. I was holding my phone while talking to him and all he was worried about was if I was filming the interaction because he knows this place doesn’t take care of their patients and if you try to complain they lock you out.Very unprofessional staff all around.

My mother has been getting dental work done here this year. We went for her next appointment and was told she was not in the system. I was told their system crashed 3 weeks ago and they don't have any client information. She is not finished with treatment and needs more work. They have NOT called to say that there system crashed or to help anyone who has been effected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Still haven't been updated on anything.

My original appointment was 5/22 they called and said it was 5/15. So I went on 5/15. Staff was upset that I had trouble with the X-ray photos my tongue kept getting in the way. The systems were down and they were unable to inform of the estimates for the services. Still waiting on a phone call to find out the estimates. They called me on 5/19 to remind about the appt on 5/22 that I already had on 5/15. Never got my teeth cleaned. Never received a call for the estimate prices of the services they say I need.

DO NOT GO HERE … I made an appointment with Aspen Dental, received a confirmation email confirming my appointment. I then go to my appointment to find out that I don’t have an appointment. When I looked up this office I made it sure it was this office but they wasted my time. You will be better off going elsewhere.
