“The location in Wentzville is absolutely amazing! I take all my shipping needs there. Every team member is so friendly and helpful. They made my day when they said yes, they sell postage stamps. And, they even offered to place them on the envelopes if I wanted! Today, I went in and there was a decent line (it’s the season). They worked hard and fast and I was still in and out in less than 10 mins. Above and beyond!! So happy to never to go to our local post office again! Great team!!”
“I can't say enough good things about this post office. I ship a lot of packages and I never have any trouble at all. If I take them to the other close post office they hold on to them for days. Everyone there has always been nice to me with the true small town charm. The only negative comment I can make is the rural carrier won't drive down my road. He says he can't make it down. He drives a really old car and I drive a Nissan maxima and I can do it no problems!”
“I've never had a problem with any of my postal carriers here through 3 different addresses over 10 years. Certainly, some have been more accommodating than others...bc they are different individuals with different work ethics. Life hack: communicating & being friendly with postal carriers pays in dividends.Whenever I've gone inside, Paul, Matt, & everyone else has always been polite, professional, and helpful; the lines move quickly. Yes, the parking lot is small & cramped, but the burden of caution ultimately lies with the drivers. They tried to move to a different location, but the tax to pay for it failed at the local polls.Every profession ever has good & bad employees. Slackers should be called out, especially within federal services, but we shouldn't forget to appreciate & give feedback on the good workers too. People seem to share bad experiences much more than good ones.Can we please bring consideration & conscienceness back? Can we give others a little grace & try to inspire each other to do better instead of attacking them over 1st world inconveniences? In today's world, kindness is a superpower. Be powerful!”

“I started selling items online about a week ago and was nervous about shipping them. When I called up to Postal Plus, they were nothing but helpful and friendly. I ended up going into the store later that day without the printed labels I needed to ship my items, but Larry saved the day and printed them for me. Fast forward to today, and I went back to Postal Plus to ship a bunch more stuff. I was greeted by my new favorite pups, Jackson and Stella, as well as multiple other employees who were just as friendly. All in all, this place is the very best, and I will 100% be coming back.
