Donna is an excellent instructor! Her classes are challenging, but fun! I leave her classes feeling stronger and knowing that I just went through an exceptional workout. I highly recommend her!!

Shout out to Zen Zoo and Donna! - she is so knowledgeable and has created a great community at the Zen. Her ability to adjust and focus on individuals as well as the whole is truly a talent. Highly recommend for all levels
