After repeated horrible service I finally contacted the Walgreens corporate office and they opened a formal complaint on this store. Hopefully things begin to change. If not, I'm moving my account to CVS!

Rude!!! Pharmacist wouldn’t start our daughters prescription because “it will take awhile to make and I get off in 35 minutes, it will have to sit here until after shift changes and someone else makes it” not helpful, not accommodating, rude. This was late at night, not like it was in the middle of the busy business day.

Made an appointment for a 2 hour COVID test. Over 24 hours later still no contact. Calling the pharmacy I was greeted with someone who wouldn't speak over a whisper so I could understand them. The person then went silent while the line was still open. Walgreens has decreased in quality and reliability in the last decade or so IMO and judging by the previous reviews I'm not alone in this observation. I gave one star just so I could voice my concerns.

Walgreens used to be a great place to shop with plenty of values for most everyone. Now it's just a big rip off. I don't expect them to compete head to head on everything but meds/vitamins shouldn't be 50% higher than the store across the street. I'll find someplace else to shop and get my scripts filled. Bye Walgreens!

Walgreens always got my back with saving money when it comes to medicine especially for my kids when we need it when my kids not feeling good and their always so patient and polite.

My recent encounter with the pharmacy was utterly disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for the flu shot online multiple days prior to coming in. My scheduled appointment was for 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:10pm and waited in a lengthy line before being "checked in". I was informed that the pharmacist would be with me "soon". They were clearly over booked, as the were about 20 waiting customers. After waiting for over an hour, I finally asked the staff when I would be seen. The pharmacy staff was rude. She informed me the pharmacist was still trying to print off consent forms. Yes.... apparently I waited over an hour without any communication from their staff on their inability to print off a consent form. Simply unprofessional and unacceptable. Communication is key, simply having staff explaining their difficulties and giving them the option to come back would have been acceptable. Needless to say, I left and did not get my flu shot. Who knows how much longer I would have been there.

1st covid shot they injected me with air then realized it was empty. When I went for my 2nd there was a sign at the vaccination counter to go the pick up window. After waiting in line for more than 15 minutes they told (very rudely) me I had to go to the vaccine window. I explained that there is a sign to come to the pick up window. again, very rudely, the lady told me that it didn't matter I still had to go to the vaccine window...bo apology or anything. Explained the situation to the next worker who was almost as rude as the first about the situation. VERY unhappy with the Walgreens staff...NOT THE GENTLEMAN WHO GAVE ME THE SHOT. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT.

I had a shingles vaccine appt and showed up on time after filling out the required forms online. The vaccine window had a sign saying to go to another window. I did and then waited in line for 25 min. Then that person told me to go to the original window. No apologies. Went to the other window and she wants me to fill out paperwork I said I already did and she said do again. I said my appt was 30 min ago and she said my vaccine would be at least 20 min and maybe more. No apologies.

My insurance wanted me to transfer my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens who I used in the past with no issues. NOTE...the prescriptions were fine at the other pharmacy and I still had refills, I transferred them in time to get them before my vacation....that didn't happen. There were "insurance issues " that the other pharmacy wasn't having., they even helped with getting me assistance on my asthma inhaler so I could afford it.
