I went in with an Amazon return and didn’t realize I needed to package it myself. Eli was very kind and patient, and he sorted out my return quickly and professionally! This UPS store has the best employees and service.

I won't go into detail bc it's simply too much to type but the older lady at the counter(not sure of her name) is the rudest person ever. And after reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one who has this perception of her. If she doesn't like working with the public why is she there? It definitely isn't to help people..and as the owner he should be appalled in how she treats PAYING customers..must be related bc ain't no way she should still be employed..do better

I took two packages in to return to Amazon.I had the necessary bar code on my phone before I went in but then it disappeared. A young man named Eli was very patient in helping me locate it on my phone. It took a while but he didn't give up. (I'm 83 and disabled)We need more people like Eli. ??

I called this store to ask for an estimate on how much it would be to ship a computer to a friend. They asked me height, weight, and postal code which is expected but when I said I wasn't sure of the exact height they cut me off. They said I needed to have all of that info ready and I should call back when i do. Had they not cut me off and tried to end the call so quickly i would have told them roughly what the size and weight would have been. I was considering wether to build the computer myself and ship it to my friend or send the parts separately from Amazon. It could have been a simple here's roughly the size and weight and I would have gotten an estimate in 3 minutes of their time. Instead they cut me off didn't let me explain anything and were saying bye before I could another word in. I will not be using this location to ship anything after that.

I won an item at an auction, and pieces were forwarded to this UPS store for shipment. The transaction was smooth and prompt. Will use again!

I'll give a 3 because they always get the job done and the store is clean. A majority of them are crabby all the time. I think several of them are related. They say they can't do simple things I know they can. For instance, size adjustments, re use a box If need be. I mean your already shipping through them and 90% of ppl will just pay for a box. You have penny pinchers and maybe they have a reason for that not everyone has money to blow! Let me tell you about LUKE!! He is awesome and one of the few that actually make it a pleasure. For that I want to thank you Luke! Try to be more like Luke!

Okay I go on vacation, and stupid me I forgot my medical supplies, so I contact my brother and I asked him to run them over there to the UPS store in overnight it down to me. They charge me almost $150 for 1 lb package to get shipped overnight from Festus to Orlando. Then because of a supposed storm in Louisville Kentucky My package of medical supplies that I was in need of don't show up until the following day. I request a refund because they didn't fulfill their contract, and they after all are the agent for UPS. They refused to give me that refund and told me it wasn't their fault. I remember back in the day when people would take responsibility for their actions especially if they're an agent for a company. I guess that's not true today anymore.

Store is great, but UPS as a company should be disbanded and dissolved. Apparently UPS uses two separate computer systems for packages sent vs packages dropped off, or at least this bizarre 1980s way of shipping was described to me by an employee. In the modern world, all systems can see where other packages are in the same network - USPS has cameras that take pictures of packages at checkpoints to verify they actually were en route. Not at UPS, their employees are intentionally left in the dark as to avoid all liability for lost or damaged packages, leaving unsuspecting customers not cognizant of their ancient delivery system that their packages can literally disappear into a black hole.The best course of action is to never use UPS for any single point delivery via their click and ship, it is 100% a scam. I've used them for eBay delivery for years which they have no problems with, it's just their click and ship that scans customers by offering all the expensive bells and whistles of tracking, signature confirmation, insurance etc, but fail to tell the customer it's a ENTIRELY different shipping network that has NO real human support, only bots and lawyers that absolutely cannot tell you where lost packages are nor do they care.THINK TWICE always before using UPS, and maybe instead opt for a modern shopping company. Will not make same mistake twice.

After losing our mailbox for the fourth time (we live out of town), we started getting our mail and packages at the UPS store. Best. Decision. Ever! The staff is awesome, efficient and very friendly.

Our local UPS Store 5134 goes above and beyond with any requests I have! They are always quick, helpful, and so very kind! I use them for as much printing as I possibly can. I’m thankful for Jim and his staff.

The staff at this location is incredible, however, the owner of this UPS store could not be more rude. If you have the option to use a different UPS, I would highly recommend it. Dear owner, be nice to your patrons and employees! You are running a business that requires a service! Especially during the holidays! Learn to smile, it goes a long way!
