We were helped by Dilian through the process of buying our e-bikes and he was amazing. So personable and helpful. He went above and beyond when we were leaving and helped us secure our bikes in our transport. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough- especially the interaction with Dilian, full 5 stars in my book!
