Tried to set up an estimate and after sitting around waiting for the worker to show up he didn't show, 30 minutes after the appointment time I called in and was told he got hung up on the previous appointment and he would call when we got done. Then nothing. I called the next morning and was told he tried calling me several times. No missed calls and I was sitting at home waiting for him. I was then told they would look into it and get back to me and again nothing! very poor customer service!

I hired this company to install a generac back up generator the owners son Dereck came out my house We agreed on paying the first $2500 to lock in the promo that was running at the time and chose how to pay either check or finance once the job was done. Once the job was done the electrical inspector came and inspected the work he failed the Generac panel because he said they used the wrong ground wire. He also failed my panel for a separate issue. When i spoke to the owner Paul instead of coming back and fixing the problem he wanted to take $200 off the price plus wanted me to sign off that the job was complete. We made an appointment to meet between 12-12:30pm that Friday so i came home the time came and Paul didn’t show. Moments later I got a call from Bouch a very professional employee who said that paul would be at my home between 3 - 4 pm I told him that was not going to work and the we need to make another appointment. Later during the week paul called and finally agreed to change the ground wire and said that he would have someone at my home by10:45am that coming Friday and again I took off work so I could be there. When the time came on Friday Paul was again a no show so I called and he answered. I asked him why he had not call me if he knew that he could not make the appointment he said that he didn’t tell me 10:45 but 12pm then Paul went on to accuse me of not wanting to pay and the work was done i told him that the work was not completed and he had failed to meet at both times he had set.The workers were very respectful and professional but the owner Paul very rude and unprofessional he can stand to learn a thing or two from his field workers about professionalism and customer satisfaction. I regret spending my money with this company because of the owner’s behavior plus he is not BBB accredited. Plus he was supposed to talk to me about the warranty information and servicing the unit i am still waiting.

Their diagnosis of our problem was dead wrong. I let them charge us $95 on the promise of replacement part numbers. They did not send them. "Paul" was angry, belligerent, extremely unfriendly, and interrupted me relentlessly when I made a courtesy call back about the problem. After a competent Generac technician from another community repaired the damage done by Southeast Services, he fixed the problem five days later.
