I use to have Allstate,but they kept rising my payment..it was crazy.with no tickets or accidents on our record why would our payment keep going up?? And their road side assistance was a BIG joke!! We canceled our account with them found another insurance company which was some help cheaper with the same coverage....don't go to allstate......

Not good-pricing is awful and trying to review with agent is poor experience. No help provided to lower bill. Had to go online to find ways to decrease bill.

Unprofessional. I called to inquire about my rate going up by $25.00/month and was told it is a statewide increase. So I shopped around and found better coverage for a lower monthly price from Progressive. I immediately called the office back to cancel my policy before it renewed so I would not get charged. I was sent to voicemail so I left a message stating that I need to cancel my coverage. I got no phone call back and this was durning business hours. I figured it was all taken care of because I got no phone call regarding my cancellation. Lo and behold I was charged my higher rate and they essentially told me there’s nothing they’re going to do to expedite my refund and I can’t contact the billing department. In summary, I called to cancel my coverage, they never called back and charged me the higher rate after I left a voicemail stating I did not want that to happen. Completely unprofessional.

We canceled all policies year ago. They have fought us over one policy and refused to cancel it then fraudulently charged us every month since. I have emails stating they’d backdate it but then continue to charge us.We first signed up with someone else who then just disappeared. We switched because we never could get ahold of anyone or any help. This place is absolutely atrocious.Edit: they responded on my review but they never told me I would get my refund. I emailed them in APRIL being told they could back date everything. They went after our credit. I never heard anything back until after I wrote this review. They have since refused our money, but not before charging us a few more months. So glad this is over and I never have to deal with this company again!

Don't go these people. Will hike your prices up without a notice to you. Won't let you change your policy when you need them too. Don't answer questions when asked and they try to talk over you. Shopping for new insurance today. I'd put a no star, but not an option. Worst experience ever. Wish Kathleen was back there. She was the best and knew how to help her customers the way they need to be helped. New guy totally sucks.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been sent a survey from Allstate and my issue from the last time has yet to be acknowledged by my agent. I even left a bad review on his business page. He hasn’t called, texted, email, sent a letter through the postal service. Nothing. So why in the world would I recommend anyone I know to go through Allstate if this is how customers are treated. Being ignored is not good customer service!

I requested months ago to have my agent switched. Sean refuses to transfer my accounts, so he continues to get compensated. This is so unethical. He is doing nothing while expecting another agent to do all the work.

So many errors over the years… worst being the vehicle we insured and got temporary cards for, no problem. Then when we went to sell the vehicle, we called to cancel the policy on it and were informed that it was never insured… they gave us temp cards and never filed the appropriate paperwork to insure it.

Not good i canceled my policy and then they allowed my ex girlfriend reopen my policy then she didn't pay and they sent it to collections in my name after I already canceled it

I have a simple billing issue I have been trying to resolve for two months. I have called Sean’s office numerous times and no one returns my calls. I’m switching after I report him to corporate. Stay clear!
