Great place to go if you own a trailer and need something or doing any repairs. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you all that he can. If something you need is not in the store, then he will see if he can get it for you

This man was really rude to me and Unprofessional! Call to get information on a door and ask some questions and he told me "it not his problem" Inever said anything was. Just calling and getting information about a door. When I addressed how rude he was being he flat out said "he didn't care." I just can't belive someone who owns a store want's to treat customers like this. just in Shock with how rude and him not caring how mean he was being.

Shocking to read R&R did good work for someone judging by what was done, and left undone, by them in my space.***To quote the owner"...I have been in business for 38 years and have never seen a customer that was right..."(Not at the R&R business for 38 years, btw.)
