I had an appointment with Roxanne yesterday to get a body wave. I made the appointment two weeks in advance. My appointment was for 11:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told that Roxanne wasn't there yet. The lady working the counter told me to take a seat. I waited 15 minutes and then the lady asked me what time my appointment was supposed to be. I told her and she said she would give Roxanne a call. She texted her first and didn't get a response. Then she attempted to call her several times to no avail. Finally, after a third attempt she left a voicemail stating that I was there and waiting for my body wave. She apologized and said she would leave a message for Roxanne at her station. It's been 24 hours and I've heard nothing! Who runs a business like this???? Very rude and unprofessional!
