I can't speak to the people who work here, I was on my way back from Mississippi to Minnesota and stopping for gas on the way back and in the middle of the night. I didn't interact with any so I can't say much.I'm leaving my review because I had issues at the pump after my card was authorized and hadn't had a problem, I'd already contacted my credit union and Visa card holder services to let them know I was traveling and would be using my card in multiple states to avoid any messes with that. There was more than enough for an authorization hold and then some.The pump authorized my card, let me fill my tank up and proceeded to do the following after telling me that I needed to see a cashier for payment. I looked at my mobile banking app, I'd already been charged. I still was worried about the system, leaving and ending up with out of state charges for theft for something I paid for but at a faulty pump so I took multiple videos, pictures etc and there's not an attendant to talk to.I've worked more than one gas station job including managing 3 locations and I know it's difficult work but there's a problem when you have no staff and malfunctioning pumps. I don't know if this is frequent but once is an issue.Attached are some pictures of the errors that I got, they might be out of order but point made.Had there not been this issue my rating would be 5 stars. Pumps that are not processing payments or misleading customers into confusion about payments and with no employees like the prompt first shows will drop a GAS station to a 1 star immediately.
