“Always go through the drive thru and it's so convenient. The tellers at the window are always so nice & helpful. They are very personable when they get to know you. I definitely recommend banking here! They make it so easy. Drive thru is also always very clean & there's never a long wait. Super efficient!”

“I always receive excellent service at the Festus branch. Shelby Sims has been awesome to work with, she is eager to help and is an asset to FSCB. I closed an account due to the convenience of another bank in town (hours work with mine) and when I arrived at the other bank they gave me a hard time and I had the exact documents that were required for this particular kind of account. I left there and called Shelby and it was NO PROBLEM at all. She got everything set up with the same papers the other bank said weren't sufficient.
