Went in to upgrade a phone and got scammed by the sales person. I payed $175 because he put me on some plans that he did not tell me about and sold me accessories that he said was how he was able to discount the phone. And he said that I had to add a new line to even get a phone at a decent price. Turns out according to the company website, the phone we got would have been a FREE upgrade which means I didn't need a new line. And the phone was free and $100 of what I paid for was for the "discounted" accessories. I would not trust them over there. I will never go to that store again. If I need help for them, I will go to another location, use the internet, or call customer service. And if you don't think that I am not going to blast this all over social media, think again. Nobody should have to deal with such shady people.

I would say only these incompetant idiots could provide such dismal service, but unfortunately this statement stands true for ANY Metro PCS store you might venture in to in the future. Hope you can speak broken English. Good luck ✌️

I have a plan with 2 phones.30 dollar plan. Then they move it to where I'm paying the 93. I try calling them, their mail box is always full and they NEVER answer the phone!

Added another line to my service at this location. Harry helped me out over the phone first making it that much easier when in store. He was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Finally moved my last line over from boost. Longest part of the process of course was the wait on boost as expected. Glad to be rid of that ball and chain. Good job Metro on building a better wheel and continue having excellent customer service provided by great guys such as Harry.

Been having issues with my phone and network lately. Went to the store and these guys helped us above and beyond to fix the issue. Will be getting 5G phones this Xmas.

Not a place I would ever recommend. They make the company look bad. When I went there to get an "upgrade" the people behind the counter cheated me out a couple hundred bucks on additional purchases, the bluetooth speaker and headphones they sold me doesn't work. The people there told me the phone they showed me was all high quality 5g blah blah blah. Not at all, they sold me the worst phone I've ever had. I've had to call customer support more than I need to to try to get my phone to do basic tasks. Not only that, my service cuts off at random points. I'd much rather go back to my Pantech slide phone because at least that had strong service connection. Never going through metro again.
