This is the second time I've tried to deal with this dealership, they don't do warranty work, their customer service is in the trash! They'll pit you on hold and NEVER, come back and can't seem to figure out how to transfer to another department!! I'll go to Pettus from now on!!

You can’t trust these thieving douchebags in the service dpt, I had them replace a bad starter they told me they was putting in an OEM from Mopar I just had to take it back in to another shop they pulled the starter and it was one from Oreillys had there specific part number on it and these no good scum bags that I hope Karma screws them big time charged me $1,000 for parts and labor I prey they all get testicular cancer and rot in hell

The service department is excellent and helped me get my screen replaced by working with US Customer Care. I was experiencing major issues with delamination on my 2018 Ram 2500. They diagnosed quickly and had my screen ordered and replaced the following week. Very happy with the quick turn around and making this a smooth process.

Very deceiving and liars work there. Was called at 11:30 am by “Pete”to schedule a viewing of a car. Pete called and said make sure you ask for me. After driving 3 hours there and finding car in the lot unlocked we looked at the interior we go inside to talk to “Pete”. Pete said car sold the night before and he blamed the online department. Mind you why would he call us if the car was sold and schedule an appointment? He also said he had us down to look a car the next days after. Looks like a total of 4 people work there. He also said he didn’t call or text us. But we have text messages and four witnesses to phone call from a “Pete”. He was profusely sorry he keep saying but did nothing to try to make it right after a 3 hour drive. Tried to place blame on someone else. The morals of the company are obviously absent. Car is still online for sale today and still on lot for sale! Honestly don’t know how they are in business. Nobody here knows anything. Just ridiculous! I Recommend you find another dealership that takes pride in the truth and have standards and morals.

Absolutely horrid. They had our van gor 7 months. After we've all ready paid them almost 1900 it still isn't fixed. They do not know how to fix and told us the owners done. What kind of dealership can't fix their own product?

My wife went in for them to check her ac (which they had already worked on) and to get an estimate on front brakes and rotors. They (without letting her know) charged her an absurd $500 just to tell her how much it will cost. Then they give her a $2300 estimate for $200 worth of parts. Complete scam artists!

Made an appointment. Took my jeep in for an FCA extended warranty on the clock spring. They had me ready to roll in less than 3 hours and no more airbag light. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend. Our family/ extended family has bought 8 cars from them in the last 20+ years and they have serviced them on occasion. Noone has had any complaints.

went in for transmission issue. waited with vehicle. almost 6 hours later i was told i had a faulty brake light. i was told the brake light has no effects on transmission issue. i wasted hundreds of dollars, almost 6 hours of my time and never got the issue fixed. the tail light assembly fell out while driving on roadway.

EDIT: Went to get the refund from the Owner today as he stated in the message below, and expected to delete my review after. I’m here to FURTHER implore you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I stood in the hall while the owner and receptionist argued over my papers, he was angry and making statements like, “Just give her the refund, so and so is at lunch and I don’t want to deal with her coming back in here again, just get it done!” Then walks past me into the service department and proceeds to tell them I “should’ve been charged $170 and someone cut me a deal” — you should’ve charged me $170 to plug a code reader in? I left holding my baby and SHAKING I was so enraged by how poorly they treated me. No apology, just absolute anger toward me that I would have the audacity to come back and retrieve the refund they offered. I’m still in disbelief. Give your hard-earned money to any other dealership than this!

I wouldn’t send anyone here. I received a letter from Chrysler that I had bad airbags, and there was a recall, and to contact the closest Chrysler dealership which was this dealership. I brought the car in and they asked if I wanted them to check the check engine light since it was on and my response was yes, if you have time. The letter I received said the airbags replacement would be free of charge, and when I go to leave, the service technician handed me a bill for $82 saying “they actually cut me a deal” and they should’ve charged me double that. I asked what you charged me for being that the air bag replacement was supposed to be covered? He said this was for checking the codes on the vehicle. I had to use money out of my grocery budget to feed my children to pay them $82 to have a code reader plugged into my car which my husband owns and could’ve done himself. I suppose it’s my own fault for not asking more questions and just thinking they were being kind. I feel extremely taken advantage of — and even when I have the extra resources to get my check engine light worked on I absolutely will not be going to this place. What a scam of a business.
