Bob in the paint department and Cara at customer service are wonderful. Bob cares about your project and is very knowledgeable in paint. Cara helped us great a great deal on a new BBQ and helped us load it up. Great customer service from both employees which is hard to find.

This store only has ONE working room handicap scooter for the entire store. I was told there is a total of 3,of which one is in the shop and the other is waiting to go to the shop to be fixed. I think this is poor customer service on the store's part. They are about the size of Walmart and look at how many scooters they have. A

Never and I mean never use their automated minute key key making machine. I walked in and started the process of making a key. Got to the last question the asked and the question was “ Would you like a free brass key” I clicked yes could always use more house keys. The total for one key was $4 after I clicked yes on the “free” brass key the total came to $8 so the “free” brass key was definitely false advertising definitely not free. That’s one issue The other issue is I restarted the process and I only wanted the one key for four dollars finished the process and it ate my money. OK people four dollars. It’s no big deal right that four dollars was mine it belonged to me I earned that money. And the fact that the store staff was completely incompetent, about this issue aggravated me even more so again, staff was just walking around as usual doing nothing and Lowe’s self checkout is nonsense I bet the employees like that they don’t have to do anything. Do not use their automated key making system Any other time I would’ve supported my local locksmith But I had to have a key made as soon as possible and at that time the locksmith was closed So that’s my rant. Do not use their automated minute key key machine. And no Lowe’s store owner I’m not contacting your (1800) number.

Updating my old 5 star review after no servicetoday. We spend thousands of dollars a month here. I used to always have 5 stars for this place, but lately it's gone down hill quite rapidly. My husband and I practically live at this place as customers these past several years, so it's extremely noticeable how terribly it's been managed the last few weeks. They seem to be extremely understaffed in some departments, especially the lawn and garden and appliances departments. We tried buying a washer and dryer ladt week and finally left after the 1 guy kept waving us off when we tried asking for help. The beginning of this year through spring we were receiving a lot of help and great fast service. The past 2 weeks, every single time we are in there we cannot find anyone to help or wait on us or the few people working there are old or disabled and cannot help us. Girl at register more interested in socializing with friends than checking us out. I'm not sure what changed so rapidly in just the past couple weeks, it's like everyone abandoned the place. Maybe everyone is just on vacation because it's summer but this place went from 5 star service this year to a 1 and almost over night. Not sure if we will continue using them for our contracts and business much longer if they don't get some help and service in there soon. It was great this spring but summer hit and now everyone has disappeared.

I go to buy a refrigerator,they tell me i can pick my delivery window,.I tell them i need a delivery window from 8am-12pm,.They message me saying my delivery window will be from 12:30pm-4pm,so now i have to call out of work and cancel appointments,I set at home waiting on delivery,.at 3pm I call 1-800-44-lowes and can only talk to a robot,Then they tell me my delivery window has changed to 1:30pm-5pm,.Do not expect anything they say to be true at purchase,If there not here by 5pm,me and my recipe is going back to Lowe's to return it,.this is the last purchase ill be doing at Lowe's

Lowe's is nice but it's more of a DYI'er store and not so much contactors and professionals. More curtains less building materials.

UPDATE: this store is loosing its appeal...poor customer service will end up closing it, or they will find someone who can fix the problems... probably not, it all about the money.
Used to be you could go in there and find somebody you knew what the heck they were talking about. Those days are gone. And as for the cashiers everybody's going to this automated cashier, when they start paying me I'll start going to them. Don't like them!
