SAFTEY WARNING SAFTEY WARNING SAFTEY WARNING! I have a 2000 blazer with all new front end pants. Took it to Kennedy tires and when I got there two people were getting tires on their car. I was told to re schedule ok r wait. So my appointment and my time means nothing. So I waited patiently. Hour and fifteen minutes later they start. When finished I drove off noticing it was still pulling to the right. I called and had to make another appointment. Go back for another hour, so now I'm 3 hours and fifteen minutes of my time . I drive off and it's still pulling to the right. Call again he wanted to do another appointment i explained that I already had 31/2 hours of my time in to it going on 4 1/2 hours! For an alignment with all new parts! Another appointment? Said you need to take care of it now. He gave me money back. But I noticed a popping noise in my right front. I made an appointment at another place. As he was inspecting it he noticed that the upper control arms where really loose. Could turn the bolt with fingers! Wow! It was about to fall off! Kennedy didn't tighten up the bolts on my upper control arms!! Very dangerous!! Then I got to thinking, the last car I took here Kennedy didn't tighten the tie rod sleeves on both sides!! So Kennedy apparently leav s things loose often!! If you take your car to Kennedy tire, make sure you check the bolts on the job they did and your tires.this is your lives they're playing with!! Better yet! Id definitely go somewhere else!!! Because obviously at Kennedy tire your time or your family's safety doesn't matter to them! I got a note put on my alignment stating the cause of my front end pop and I'm giving the BBB a call! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!

Never had a problem in the past but after two schedule appointments and still my car is not fixed I'm very disappointed. The gentleman is nice and respectful but I wasted my time for two days. A few months ago I had them read my check engine light and was told it's an O2 sensor and due to my busy schedule it took awhile to set an appointment up to have it fixed. The first appointment was they didn't know what O2 sensor was out and the reader was broken but I arrived early and the gentleman suggested to go to AutoZone to get it checked. After leaving AutoZone the appointment had to be rescheduled because it was a part that needed to be ordered. So a week past and my 2nd appointment came up with the problem that they never ordered the part. The gentleman said he thought I was ordering it but on the phone with him to set up the new appointment he stated he was going to order it and call me back for the price. I never got a call back and the two times I called they probably was out or busy because nobody picked up but the times I called was on my lunch break and most places are on the same lunch time so I figured no biggie until I was told they didn't order it.
