“We have used lightwave for about 6 months now. Matt and his team have provided excellent service through our the set up process and now the ongoing service. They are proactive and let us know when there may be a problem and want to check in. The communication has been excellent throughout. The initial set up took a long time, but that has nothing to do with the company itself. It had to do with tower hook-ups which were out of their control. They were on top of it and constantly letting us know what was going on with the set up. We are happy we waited and are very happy with the service and look forward to continuing with them.”
