Their delivery service is so much better then the "Blue" hardware place.
Only issue I've ever had is the very rude lady at the cabinet sales. Obviously, didn't care to answer my question unless I paid $129 to have someone come measure my walls first. No questions not even about different quality or one brand vs another.
The service I got in appliances made up for the crabby cabinet lady.”

“Bob in the paint department and Cara at customer service are wonderful. Bob cares about your project and is very knowledgeable in paint. Cara helped us great a great deal on a new BBQ and helped us load it up. Great customer service from both employees which is hard to find.”
