I went to a competitor for a license plate doohickey. There was a pleasant man in the aisle who was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. He even went to my car to confirm it was the correct part.
Then I find out he works at Auto Zone.
Well played Auto Zone.

Will not go back to the festus location, lied to 3 times and wasted 2 trips there after already buying a part and having to pay the shipping in order for it to arrive on time, needless to say they didn't have the part and wouldn't get the part in until another time, so why charge a customer for shipping a part that's going to arrive the same time as free shipping would, immediately asked for a refund. Maybe hire employees who aren't smoking and vaping inside the store infornt of customers, I couldn't imagine it would be nicotine either. Consistently asking the same question and forgetting what they are even looking for. Get your store together.

this place is an absolute joke. We buy most all of our parts there and we still have to verify that they’re the cheapest price and then I have to adjust about 60% of the things we buy during the week it was 2° outside. I didn’t go by and pick a part up that I had ordered and had to wait for two weeks, but because it was cold out and I didn’t pick it up immediately they sent it back run from this place they’re place

This store was always my favorite and had some of the most knowledgeable associates ever. Until today; 5 people working and not one asked if they could help. Two of them were talking about how they could not drive the trucks. One because it was out of oil and the other needed an oil change.They were asked if they checked the oil and they said no. It was at 0% so it was empty were his words. Another talked about someone getting their oil changed at Walmart and they didn't change their air filter and now the car won't run.I was afraid to ask for help when you can clearly see they needed help themselves. This store is never like this, but I haven't been here in the last 2 months. I felt sorry for the other people trying to get help. I have never had such a poor experience at any AutoZone or any other automotive place.I spent $5 dollars and left. I am going somewhere else to buy my $180 battery. The rewards were not worth dealing with them here. Maybe next time!

Just don't order anything online. My card was charged twice for the same item . I also paid a delivery fee to have my stuff delivered. The lady who delivered my parts only brought me one of my parts. I will say the guys in the store knew exactly how to handle the situation and refunded me my money. Other than that situation I like AutoZone
