Pharmacy tech was Very rude to lady in line in front of me. Just walked away to help someone who walked up after the 4 people in line. Was very abrasive when “told” to input phone numbers on customer side of debit machine. Never said hello or can I help you to anyone! Attitude and tones go a LONG WAY!!

The pharmacy is pathetic, if they are even open. Trying to get a script for 6 days. Either closed or a line 8 cars long at the window/12 people inside. Tried both, waited 35 minutes or better before I had to leave.

This place is a joke! Sure, you are greeted by the cashier when you enter the store but everything is downhill from there! There are no motorized scooters for patrons, inventory is spotty, sales tags on shelves aren't current, the employees treat you as though you are an inconvenience, and don't get me started on the Pharmacy!!! Rude, ignorant, and dismissive to customers, liars, etc! They don't seem to realize they are playing with people's lives when they mess with their medicine!

Has always been slow and understaffed, since Covid they use the same understaffed personnel to administer vaccines which essentially are non stop. They use this as even more of an excuse to neglect "regular" pharmacy customers. I brought in a manufacturer savings card for a medication yesterday which didn't work and ever since the excuse when I call them is "we're understaffed and have a line for shots" as the reason they can't manage to get around to calling the savings card folks to resolve the issue.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 years because its location is convenient. I got the same medications every month for over a year. The attitude of some of the staff as well as their inability to listen to your concerns is frustrating. It's reached my tolerance threshold. They have never apologized when, for example, I called in the morning and the tech said my single medication (which I identified clearly) will be ready the next day in the afternoon, only to find out after arriving to pick it up that the correct script was not sent in by my doctor. They had almost 2 days to find out about the script problem and let me know, so it shows they hadn't worked on it at all by the time I arrived the next day an hour before closing and asked for the medication that they told me would be ready to pick up. I could have contacted my doctor directly to fix the problem (or they could have via e-script request). Notably, it was not busy at all. Mine was the only car in the drive-through, and I could see inside. There was one customer at the counter and no line. I was trying to stay civil but could not help feeling angry. Now it is Saturday evening, and I cannot reach my doctor until Monday to simply request a script refill. I did see my doctor within the last month. The lack of apology (which would have dissolved my negative feelings) and the attitude (body language and voice of both the tech and the pharmacist) that I was some kind of whiner was the final straw. I'm going to another pharmacy, with another company.

The pharmacy is extremely slow, you'll wait over an hour to just pick up a refill that's ordered days ago ..The staff acts like they are not concerned at all.

Horrible pharmacy. Came back to get my prescription when I was told it would be ready, and after an hour and a half of waiting, the girl who originally took my script lied to my face and said she’d never seen me and that she just started her shift. Mind you this was an hour before closing. Head pharmacist just said sorry and couldn’t tell me when my prescription would be ready.

I got there at 7 o’clock was in line for the pharmacy. They help the person in front of me but told me they were closed as soon as it was my turn. But the color of my skin I can’t get service.All I need to do was purchase my prescriptions.I don’t like this pharmacy the staff there are ignorant.and don’t have any compassion for patients unless they are of the same color of who’s working. It’s sad that people are like this! I wish I didn’t have to go to the dam. Pharmacy but unfortunately I do. Now my son will be missing more school. Cuz Simone don’t want to finish the line.before they closed their shift

This pharmacy Never gets the prescriptions filled in a timely manner if at all. Over the phone refills Dr call ins drop offs.... Can't get Any right and No one knows how to enter insurance in correctly either... I've tried them so many times and Always end up switching them to a different pharmacy. Makes No sense... Just shut it down and start all the way over

we ended up moving all of our prescriptions to a different pharmacy because any time you come in, any day of the week, it is, at minimum, a 25+ minute wait at the pharmacy. it seems like they've been understaffed for almost five years now, and there's always a line going through the aisles.

100% horrible customer service in the pharmacy. They have horrible attitudes and are beyond rude and dismissive and disrespectful!! Walgreens won’t have to never worry about getting a dime of my money or business ever again!! It should never take two weeks to fill and rx

This is by far the slowest and the worst Walgreens store in North County. The attitudes of the workers is beyond unprofessional especially at the pharmacy. If this Walgreens wasn't so close to me I would surely find a different one to go to.

Slowest pharmacy in the world. Even slower than CVS Don't waste your time. Turned my prescription for refill and it's been four days with no movement. What is so hard to take a bottle off the shelf and label it. You would think if the company cared they would read these and fix the problem. Also there is always a big line and they don't seem to anyone to keep the line moving. BEST FIX HERE IS FIND A NEW PHARMACY!!!
