“I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.”

“TIMING VARIABLE SOLENOID.
They did a great job on my 2013 VW CC turbo. All other shops over charged me or wanted to charge me $800-$2500 just to look at my timing issue.
El Punch gave me an honest diagnostic on my vehicle and a reasonable price. They outclassed all the other shops with their honesty and quality work. My motor was knocking really bad and I had an extremely rough idle causing a multitude of timing related codes. My check engine light is no longer on.
They told me that they simply wanted to be paid for their work and they did just that.
They have a lifetime customer with me.”

“I popped a tire last night at 2 am on a delivery. I babied the car 14 miles to a safe location to sleep and come up with the funds to fix it in the morning...I found that Best One was the closest tire place to me. I called beforehand and explained the situation, the guy was super nice and quoted me a more than generous price to put the tire on the rim, balance it, and put it on the car. As I pulled up, a young man immediately came outside and got to work, which was fantastic. There was one issue that arose, my valve stem was destroyed from riding on it for so long . He took the tire off the rim and put on a brand new valve stem for FREE. He also removed the faulty tire sensor that set the "service tire monitor" light off (seeing that light every day was so annoying lol) After it was all said and done, he told me merry Christmas and it was a Christmas present. These guys are amazing. I barely had the price he quoted at the beginning and out of the kindness of their hearts they didn't even ask for it.Thank you so much Best One, for a super awesome Christmas present. Thank you for your kindness! Oh also, all of this was done in less than an hour.Quick, efficient, friendly, kind, understanding, social, professional, top notch!Before and after pics posted below.”
