“I have spent years trying to find a comfortable shoe/insole, etc and even had a podiatrist make custom insoles. They hurt my feet- even when I was in bed my feet ached. He kept putting me in bigger shoes so the insole wouldn't bend. Eventually i felt I was wearing clown shoes. I then tried many different brands of shoe and insoles. I could barely walk when I went into your store. Ray Easterling at the Des Pere Mo store put me in shoes that nurtured my foot, comfortable, supportive and a size I wasn't swimming in. I went back because I felt they were wearing out and he fit me again. I then went hiking on a 3 mile "moderate" trail with a few 10% +grades and lots of roots and rocks. My footing was stable and I never had to stop to get off my feet. With shoes before fleet feet I would have been in pain trying to finish the trail. In short, I feel I can walk again and the shoes fit!”

“I visited Laurie’s Shoes in Rock Hill today to purchase a pair of shoes for my husband. It was my good fortune to have Jason Davis assist me with my hunt for the right shoe. He understood the needs I described and brought out the perfect shoe. He also walked around the store with me and helped me find a pair of shoes for myself. He wasn’t simply selling me shoes. He was helping me select shoes to meet our needs. He was also polite and friendly. I will ask for him when I return for my next purchase.”

“I walked in at least 3 other shoe stores before Tradehome Shoes, but none of them came close to the experience I had here. I didn’t get his name, but the employee working today 5/1/24 was SO helpful. He was the first one to be helpful to me all day. I generally knew what I was looking for (a running shoe), but he helped me narrow it down, explaining which styles in which brands would suit my needs. He was overall knowledgeable and very friendly. He even let me know another store in the mall that would also have what I was looking for if I wasn’t finding it with him.10/10 recommend and would return.”

“The manager Wafi Taleb, went out of his way, and spent 45 minutes with me, to make sure everything was perfect. When I picked up the suit, Wafi had me try it on and made sure it was exactly as I requested. The seamstress did an excellent job, and I would rank them as the best store in St.Louis to buy a suit.”

“I had no idea this store carries a wide selection of narrow shoes! I have been struggling for years to find sandals to stay on my narrow feet. Now, I finally have cute ones thanks to Marmi! I used to think this store was for older women, but that is not the case. They have very stylish options for all ages. I'm so happy to have discovered this gem of a store! Customer service is off the charts great. It's local too, so definitely support them : )”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. “Has really nice gear and shoes and the staff is pretty friendly but they wouldn't let me return my shoes. They supposedly close at 8 and I was at the doors at 7:59 and they didn't let me come in or anything. Said the registers were closed already but they still had a minute? Shouldn't have shut down the registers so early if it wasn't closing time yet. Was just really d*** also wasn't even my fault I had to return the shoes they are the ones that gave me the wrong size I just didn't check till I was home.”
