I came to this store because they had the iPhone 11 on stock. Once I asked this guy named “sophan” if I could transfer he said that I had to call another number. After that he charged me 350 for the phone, but then lowered the price to 300… Then I asked for a line that I saw online and once he saw it he said that the metro mobile website was lying… after that I asked him about another deal that included a free phone and he said that they didn’t had any free phones . I saw a literal ad on the glass of the store that said you could get a Samsung free phone I confronted him about it and he denied after that I asked for a supervisor. He then said that he didn’t have a supervisor I asked him if he could call his supervisor and he said no. Worst customer service ever…

Antonio is the best MetroPCS associate I have dealt with since starting my plan 7 years ago. We felt comfortable with the decisions we made because of his professional attitude . He knew how to simplify his products and what was available to us where we could understand it. After driving an hour to get here it was nice to see a friendly face. I would definitely recommend Antonio to everyone.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I've been getting nothing but the run around for the last two months. My father got my daughter a phone from here only for the phone not to work. We took the phone in to get replaced, which we was told to come back within 10 days for the replacement to come back in . Well here it is 2 months later and still NO phone. I've clld there for the last two weeks and have not gotten anyone on the phone. I final talk to Juston and he said not to worry he would look into it and call back within 15 minutes. Still nothing. I eventually just stop in and spoken with Justin who told me that "David Boost "who is the "head boss" would be contacting me Monday. Today is Wednesday and still no call back.i'm not understanding standing what is going on with the customer service at this location. But I would never do business there and I'm trying to convince my father to take his business elsewhere.

THIS PLACE SUCKS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ADD THINGS AND OTGER SERVICES THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR THE YOUNG MAN INSIDE THE STORE ASLEEP WITH THE DOORS LOCKED ONCE HE LET ME IN HE HAD AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I WOKE HIM UP AND HE DID NOT FEEL LIKE HELPING ME I WOULD NEVER EVER LONG AS THIS COMPANY EXIST RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GO TO THE METRO PCS AT 219 FLORISSANT

Arrived at 2:27pm CST on a Monday and the store was closed for lunch. Clearly they're short-staffed, this is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional
