“It's been 8 years since I've been here. Dang. Absolutely amazing place. Clean. Spacious. And I walked in and got a couple of hellos from guests. Small town feel! Love it.”
“I am a founding member (November 2018) at OTF Creve Coeur and have done over 1,000 workouts in that time. I love the continual challenge of the workouts themselves and the coaches are amazing, especially Erin, Katie, and Ryan who bring energy and also a level of personal interaction - they take the time to actually know you. I also love that OTF has added specific strength and tread classes, in addition to the 60 minute classes that hit both cardio and strength. And the front desk staff are caring and thoughtful!!This community is my home away from home?”
“A year ago, over 50, I decided to try CrossFit Happy Streets. Best. Decision. Ever. I am in the best shape of my life; nutrition is dialed in; I have built amazing friendships, and I am doing things I never thought possible for myself (weighted pull-ups this week)! The coaching is stellar -- lots of attention to good form. Everyone in the gym is welcoming and encouraging. Whether you are dropping in for a day or looking for a place to build long-term fitness, Happy Streets is going to feel like home.”

10431 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood“I tried Burn for the first time earlier this year through a local STL Moms group during a special event they had - and that’s all it took to hook me! That first class was intense and so challenging in all the right ways. I quickly signed up for the promo they had going on and then after that the 12-month membership. I haven’t felt this good in years all because of Burn. Every class is different and challenging in its own way and my girls LOVE coming to class with me on Saturdays. The child watch is such an amazing perk of being a member! The trainers are incredible- they truly care about you and your health and wellness goals and push you in every class. And the general energy of the classes, even at 5:30 am, is awesome! Highly recommend Burn in Kirkwood to anyone who is looking to jumpstart their fitness - it’s a game changer!”
“Heath, Diontre, and their crew have a really well-balanced shindig going here. The classes have boxing as well as calisthenics and even yoga incorporated in them. Hitting a bag can be fun!”
“Absolutely LOVING OT Ladue! Great facility and great coaches! The vibe is always upbeat and pushes you to give your all. The variety with class offerings keeps it fresh and the many available times make it easy to fit in to busy days. I’d give ten stars if possible! ? ?”

9991 Manchester Rd, Warson Woods“I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’m relatively fit and for most of my adult life was self motivated to go to the gym and achieve my fitness goals. The pandemic definitely put a damper on that routine. I didn’t think I’d enjoy a structured workout class, but this has really exceeded my expectations. The staff really care about each and every client. They work with you based on any limitations or variations you need. The workouts are surprisingly well balanced to work on strength, cardio, and coordination. I’m also impressed by how well the workouts scale to accommodate all ages, fitness levels, and body types. After a few weeks of consistent workouts here, I feel stronger than I have in a long time.”

8356 Musick Memorial Dr, St. Louis“I felt that my review of Lift-STL would be incomplete without a little backstory. Prior to joining Lift, I spent months on end crying in the parking lot after every workout (at a different gym,) largely because I felt stuck and helpless with my fitness journey. I was temporarily paralyzed from a rather severe herniated disc and was discouraged from movements since I was 16 years old. It scarred me and made me afraid of working out, given that I often walked out of gyms with more injuries than strength.Fast forward, I met with Trent at Lift and began sharing my multitudes of concerns regarding training and expressed that I needed some reassurance. After a thorough evaluation, we set our training plans in motion and I have not looked back ever since. It has been 10 months since I joined Lift and I could not be happier and prouder. Here's my well-marinated thought and review of Lift-STL, broken down in 4 essential criteria (in 4C's!) for someone who might find this useful:1. Competence -- Every trainer at Lift is knowledgeable and extremely generous in offering insights. There is no short cuts to how they train their clients. They also practice what they preach. Trent makes informed decisions with my training menu and has always been very intentional in what he incorporates into my training menu. For someone who has had traumatic experience with movements, knowing the why and how is crucial to me.2. Community -- When I'm not there, they notice it. When I make progress, they make it known to me. It's nice when you not only feel seen but also celebrated as a member of the gym. It has truly become my second home away from home (I'm a STL transplant and have moved across countries and cities). Lift is honestly one of the biggest reasons why I do not want to relocate to another state. This gym is top notch and by far my favorite (I've been a member of probably 10 gyms).3. Cost-efficiency -- This has been a concern for me in the past when I was first introduced to Lift. Having had bad experiences with both high and low end gym membership costs, I wasn't sure if the service was worth the money. I WAS WRONG. This is by far the most I have gotten out of my investment; the facility and equipments simply make sense and are conducive to a serious training regimen, and I've been steadily making progress both in strength and muscle gain. In the long term, this has saved me money and time. HIGH YIELD.4. Culture -- Their passion for fitness and their love for the community is so, so evident across social media, daily engagements, and grander initiatives like the Transformation Challenge. It creates an echo chamber for individuals who strive to be better every day and having the resource to do so. They meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.Final thought: Don't you think it sucks to fail at what you love? That was me a year ago. I loved lifting but I couldn't grow further on my own. Lift-STL helped me become who I want to be by offering their resources, expertise, and support so that I'm no longer alone in my quest for excellence.Thank you <3”

2322 S 7th St, St. Louis“When I moved to St. Louis, I did a grand tour of every CrossFit gym in the area. Gambit won my heart. The coaches and community are excellent, the space and equipment are well kept, and everyone is very inclusive and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym”

3111 Sutton Blvd, Maplewood“There’s a lot to love about Forward Fitness but the two main things are the coaches and the community. The coaches take an invested interest in each members goals and capabilities. They meet you where you are and set up plans with realistic movements and milestones to ensure success. There’s also a focus on whole person health and wellbeing, not just how heavy a kettlebell you can lift. The community of Forward Fitness members is amazing! No matter what class you’re taking, you’ll find yourself working out with positive, supportive and encouraging gym members cheering you on through your next accomplishment. If you’re looking for gym that will keep you coming back and meeting your goals, this is the one!”
“Everyone needs something different in their instructor but Jess is so good at teaching and helping clients understand how to pole for their body. The other instructors are lovely and a very friendly group of ladies attend. I think you should try it out.”
“This is a great place for anyone to get in shape and improve their health, but I didn’t expect to look forward to going to the gym because it’s such a great place to make friends. You can keep to yourself in class if you like and the great coaches will give you just enough help to keep you safe and sound motivated. Before and after class though it has been a surprisingly great place to meet and chat with our neighbors.”

3158 S Brentwood Blvd, Webster Groves“CrossFit Achieve is amazing! From the first moment I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and high fives! All the members, coaches, and the owner are so fun and welcoming!
The coaching is fantastic. The workouts are fun and designed for everyone. And everyone's energy is so positive!
Whether you're an experienced athlete or never set foot in a CrossFit gym before this is the place to go! You'll be taken care of, challenged, and have a great community of people to work out with.
100% recommend!”
“Chuck is amazing! My husband and I did group personal training with Chuck for over a year and it really helped instill healthy habits and knowledge of how to use gym equipment. We always looked forward to our time with Chuck because no matter how early it was, he greeted us with high-vibe energy! Chuck is so knowledgable and truly "walks the walk." We'll always recommend Titanium Fitness!”

8054 Litzsinger Rd, Brentwood“Brentwood Barbell is a great gym and truly a unique place to train. They are the perfect blend of personalized strength programming AND coaching…all in a community class setting. All the coaches I have worked with have been professional, personable, motivating and fun! I’ve trained at several different gyms over the years, and in my experience, BB’s coaching on form and attention to detail is next level! They have helped me improve my strength at an accelerated rate. After starting my training at BB, I experienced a reoccurring knee injury, and within 3 weeks they worked me through it. (Also helping me achieve new personal gains!) I highly recommend Brentwood Barbell for anyone at any level!”

The instructors are informative and patient, the facility is clean and modern, the workout is both fun and challenging and can also be adjusted as I get stronger, etc. Big fan of PLNK cwe - worth the price.”

8384 Musick Memorial Dr, St. Louis“I used to be of the mindset that gym memberships were too expensive for something I could do on my own. Well, I’ve been an unlimited member at Shred415 for over a year now, attending classes a minimum of 3 times per week, with no intention of stopping! I still train on my own the rest of the week, but this is a great complement to my other workouts. I love the tread intervals and can really see and feel the impact of the strength workouts. The classes are really challenging, the instructors are fantastic, and the time flies by. This is a great place to get an amazing workout!!”

The vibe of this place certainly lives up to it's name as you will be motivated to put in Max Effort every workout. Very supportive atmosphere with the veterans offering assistance to the newbies. Highly recommended.”

3001 Locust St #103, St. Louis“Exceptional gym, ignore the old comment that was just for the old partner owner the new owner is by herself and the gym is so much better. And if the bad comments are new, thats just trolls dont listen to them go try it out for yourself before you trust their judgement”
“Awesome, comprehensive gym. This place is golden. They have a very modern approach to training and nutrition with top notch trainers, coaches, and nutritionists anyone can learn from.”
“Fuel has made such a positive impact for me over the past year— not only the physical changes which are noticeable, but mentally as well. I’m getting stronger, and feel confident that the Fuel team knows what they’re doing. Gretchen and Jeff create great custom programs and my trainer Natalie is knowledgeable and guides me through every workout. Highly recommend!”
“A great gym! It's small but has everything you need with time large studio, one small studio, and a cycle studio! They have free Fittness classes for all members with great instructors. The only thing that I don't love is the parking. They only have two hour parking in the garage but there is street parking and a lot across the street that is usually free, but other than that they have great staff and it's usually pretty clean!”
“I just started CrossFit for the first time in my life 2 months ago at the age of 53. I hadn't done any serious exercise except for Pickleball in 15 years. I'm usually the oldest one there, but I've never felt anything but welcomed and inspired by the young and younger members. I've tried all sorts of gyms and work outs. Nothing compares to CrossFit Maryland Heights. I've never seen results so quickly as I've seen with CrossFit. It has also significantly improved my confidence and my outlook on the future. I used to think about how to make my house accessible as I age because I was afraid I'd end up in a wheelchair like my Mom due to a sedentary lifestyle. Now, I know that I don't have to end up like that. I can be hiking, playing pickleball, volleyball, tennis, etc well into my 70s if I stick with it. I dog sit and prior to join CrossFit Maryland Heights, I had decided to stop taking on dogs over 50 lb as clients because I was afraid I was no longer strong enough to handle them. I no longer worry about that. And because of that, I've just gotten two new big dog clients that are an absolute joy that I would have missed out on. I know there's a ton of CrossFit gyms in St. Louis, but I'm so glad I found CrossFit Maryland Heights. Coach Chris is inspiring and knowledgeable. He also makes the atmosphere a lot of fun, and I feel like I truly belong to a great group of people. I'm on a tight budget so there's no way I would be paying for this unless it was significantly improving my life, which it is, so it's worth every penny.”

567 Hanley Industrial Ct, Brentwood“Best Crossfit gym in STL. For the past 3 years, my buddies and I stop in for Memorial Day and the atmosphere is electric. Coaches/staff/other members are very welcoming. Love the vibe.”
“I met up with the GBYI group to witness their Crossfit workout on a Saturday morning. The Ready 2 Live Gym is a newer growing gym where the serious workout factor meets great equipment and great environment. The management has opened their doors to our group, and inner city mentored teens are learning the value of healthy eating, physical workouts, mentoring, and academic enhancement. Ready 2 Live?? is a professional grade gym with heart.”
“Let’s just start by saying I never in my life thought I would enjoy kickboxing as much as I did. I completed the 6 week challenge and it was nothing but great! I lost 22 lbs in just the 6 weeks and Im so proud of myself. Class was very fun, all the instructors are supportive and they push you to your full potential.. literally! I would definitely recommend KickHouse if you want a good burning exercise, with a fun energetic atmosphere.”
“The YMCA holds a special place in my heart. My son started his bball journey there & now my daughter has her track trainings there. Belinda Bright is AMAZING & we are so glad that our lives crossed.”
