Called the store and asked if they had boots with kiddie heels, the women I spoke with was very rude! All I got was yeah and uh huh! THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! Everyone has a bad day! That DOESN'T mean take it out on someone else! If you DON'T like your job that much, THEN LEAVE!

Trashy store. Cashiers hiding instead of working registers. Racks and shelves consistently empty. The only store with worse service is the nearby Walmart. People call this area, the ghetto plaza!

The selection of clothes there has went down! Everything is always thrown across the racks and on the floor. The lines are too long and the staff rather chat, than move the line on so customers don't have to wait.

Terrible checkout service. There were 2 women doing checkout. The larger gal of the 2 was busily working checking out. The other slightly smaller gal had been checking out & stopped and was fooling around behind the counter a full 15-20 minutes even though there was a long line. Then she was smart mouthed with me when she started working again. You can either correct this situation or not. Doesn’t matter I will NEVER shop at this Burlington Coats again. I don’t need to stand & wait 15-20 minutes to purchase 2 items and be smart mouthed to boot.

Limited range and mainly clothes

First thing you will notice is the dividers in the front of the doors and when you walk in, the walkway is blocked off by dividers. You have to wait until the security guard remove the divider so you can enter the store. I was so confused when I walked in and thought it was something going on. The store is so messy and selves are empty. The line was long with only one cashier. This location is close to my house but I rather not visit this location in the future. The male cashier with dreads was very nice.

Super friendly and super respectful. The people in these stores could use some advice from Burger King and Burlington on how to talk n treat customers. Great job to both of these stores.
