Auto center horribly understaffed. On hold, switched several times over several minutes, finally answered, and said I had been on hold for a while, she snapped back that she was the only one there. I hung up. I needed a tire repair on a tire bought there with thier road hazzard plan. Instead I paid Dobbs to do it, very polite and got me in and out in a hurry. Tires may be cheap at Walmart, but the service is horrible. Won't buy tires at this location again. This wasn't the first time for lousy service for me there either.

We were greeted once walking the isles and not at the door.
Staff could not give an accurate answer as to where flowers for grieving families would be but referred us to the app

This is a better Walmart. Great handicapped parking and restrooms. Auto center is good. Pickup is across from the auto center in back.

False Advertisement
Do not go in here thinking you will be able to get any of these promotions within the store. No one even tried to help, just said. Nope, we can't do that here. We don't have the "right equipment " to do that. I'm not sure why the signs are up stating that you can get this phone, but we can't activate it or give you this in store option. Makes no sense on why it says you can get these "in store" but not even a possibility. Thought getting a "manager" would help.. but NOT AT ALL. The "coach/manager" Kyle did not even try and help, just advised, we can't do that here. That's our 3r party. they're not here to help( which they were). Their the ones that said we can't do that .. No Walmart near us has the "program to do that," so don't go there thinking you will get this because you CAN NOT. Do better Fenton Walmart.

As is usual. You go in spend your money that you work hard for, only to be stopped as your leaving to be harassed and stopped for no reason, none! As the young person ahead of you doesn't get stopped. It's profiling and harassment by a billionaire company that treats their employees horrible and customers worse. Having to self checkout because wallymart saves money on payroll. I avoid wallymart all the time. I'll drive 20 miles out of my way, just so I don't have to spend money there.

I'm a city boi who hasn't been in a Wal-Mart in over a decade, so this was an experience... A great one! Had four new tires installed, went quick; and did some shopping while I waited. This place has EVERYTHING. And it's not a dump like the Walmarts in the city. Very well laid out, clean, organized, plenty of helpful staff members, prices were super low. It was a wild visit. I felt like a tourist though.
Anyways, this Walmart helps give the store a good reputation. Well worth the 27 minute drive.

Received order to wrong door. Then, put groceries away and was going to snack a little on Lay's Stax Sour Cream & Onion chips. Took yellow plastic lid off and found no seal on can and about 1\3 of chips left. Tried to call store 3 different ways, got AI voice that did not understand. Would like the full can we paid for. Maybe someone in stockroom got a tad hungry? However, would still have liked to have what was ordered.
