went in this morn. to get some pain ointment for my knee & jug of milk and treat myself to a bag of candy staff was very friendly and helpful. will definitely be shopping there again.

The pharmacy does not care about you, they took 2 and a half hours to refill my medication and never sent me a notification that it was done. I was then given an attitude when I asked why i never got a notification.

A friendly, helpful staff. A clean, organized store. I use a reward card for every item, except dairy you accrue points and they will tell you if you have points and would like to use those points toward your purchases. The pharmacist goes out of their way to fill your prescriptions.We've been customers for 10 years.

Warning one if the cruelest pharmacist works here. The female pharmacist refused to give me my heart medication. Made me we wait all day for this medication knowing im fully eligible for it. Eventually made me go to the hospital because of this pharmacist. She thought it was funny to refuse me my medication. Good chance she ruined my life because of her cruelty. I hope everyone reads this and NEVER goes to this Walgreens. She needs to be fired ASAP! By the way she's racist too.

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in the Saint Louis area. I wouldn’t dream of ever using another pharmacy. The techs here are extremely hard working and friendly. The store managers are excellent models of customer care and professionalism. They are truly committed and I hope they are all having a good day!

After today I won't ever spend another dollar at a Walgreens. My child had an emergency and needed a controlled substance immediately, before being admitted to the hospital. His doctors office called 4 times, they were hung up on twice and disconnected twice in an hour. Before I continue, I want to mention, the pharmacist is the only one who can take the order for a controlled substance.I was actually walking in to pick up the prescription, when the doctors office called me to tell me what was going on, insisting that the Walgreens could see it was a provider from children's hospital calling and that they should be answering.So I approached the pharmacy, telling them what was going on. Here's how the pharmacist responded "I'm on hold on a call and it hasn't been an hour, so they haven't called 4 times in an hour"His doctors office, who was still on the phone asked if they could leave a number for the pharmacist to call or if they could speak to her. She flat out refused and said to call and leave a voice mail. It was so bad, that everyone at the hospital when we arrived this evening was apologizing for the pharmacist abhorrent behavior, saying they've never had a pharmacist or pharmacy act the way Fenton Walgreens did.I've observed this pharmacist while picking up prescriptions in the past and she needs some training in compassion and professionalism. She also seems very angry and inconvenienced all the time. I am going to contact corporate with a formal complaint and a statement from the hospital. If she hates her job as much as it appears, maybe she should go elsewhere.

To anyone who can see this post just wanted to let everyone know that the pharmacist on monday night sept 30 did this to me....so i had been really sick and going back and fourth with my regular pharmacy tring to get my prescription filled they had to order my new medication in which i had tried 2 medicines before this and no help finally get it situated and my pharmacy doesnt have it so they were great and called im sure of at least 7 pharmacies with no luck and i sent them

Took my mom to get her medication, they had it on time & we were in and out. We almost didn't try picking up her meds due to the fact we didn't want to risk being late to where we were going. The second we pulled up and said we were in a hurry they made that effort to get you in and out. Thanks again Walgreens! Helped put a solid evening together of things working out!

I use for my prescription and immunizations, mostly, but I also get a lot of my health, beauty, vitamins. Good selections, great for occasional food and drink selections. Great rewards program
