Very boring. Never had stuff in stock. They did bad at the medication station where you had to see a doctor. Waited AN HOUR! Or more you never know how long. And they didint even help me.

I’ve had many problems with this Pharmacy. I was told four days ago that my prescription would be in today one that you cannot go off of without being sick and when I called today, they rudely told me to call other Walgreens. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy more than likely not Walgreens. Very disrespectful and no bedside manner. When I did reach out to the one off of Watson Road, they were equally rude to me. I would give it zero stars, but we all know that you cannot.

Pharmacist was incredibly rude. All patients waiting for prescriptions were complaining about the customer service. It was a first time fill for my child and we will not be returning.

Dropped off photos to be processed. I was told they would be $22 per roll and be processed in a week. It took almost 6 weeks to process my film and cost almost 3 times as much. Also the camera department never had dedicated staff, so the single cashier was forced to split time between serving the main register and photo department.

Spencer lies and says they won’t do walk in tdap vaccines, very unprofessional, acted like he had better things to do. Edna also working and was friendly and professional

Terrible service from this walgreens at the Bluffs. Many items on shelves were labeled as OTC but were not when cashing out at register. Shift manager was very unprofessional by acting as if she had better things to do. She insisted that we were wrong until she tried it herself. Because of her actions, I do not recommend Walgreens at Gravois Bluffs.12/30/2023 approx. 8pm

Drove out of my way because the website said they had a product in stock, and when I got there, they couldn't find it. The store manager was like, "Oh well, that's above my pay grade." Even though they had other products like what I was looking for, she decided not to do anything to compensate me for my effort. It even took her a minute to think about apologizing for the fact that the website said they had it, while she had no clue as to why. I guess they gave up on customer service training in the management course for Walgreens. Would have preferred to shop at a small mom and pop pharmacy had they not put them all out of business in this area.

Worst pharmacy! you call they tell you one thing then when you get to the store they say another and blame it on a call center. And you can complain all you want and they never do anything about it!!

Well received a phone call from my daughter. It seems my daughter and her girlfriend, who happens to be a black girl come into your store to pick up pictures. But while waiting daughter had to excuse and run to the restroom. Well it appears an employee jumped to conclusion and called the police for suspicion of shoplifting. Really! Is that where we are at in today society. You see a young black and white girl and call the police because of alleged stolen merchandise. Plus, it looks like racial profiling. Police arrive and instantly put my daughter and her friend on the spot. My daughter and her friend offered to let them search them . The cops went to lady’s restroom and found nothing. But, what gets me the cops didn’t request to see their drivers licenses. For they would have found out one girl lives in Festus and my daughter lives in Cedar Hill. The cops said they were free to go after no Merchandise was found stolen. But, really suggest the store employees not judge people by color or age when they walk in the store. My daughter is a honors student. Next time Walgreens have a more accurate description of what was supposedly stolen. Instead of jumping to conclusions. Then Monday, August 14th, my wife has to go back to the store to pick up rest of the pictures my daughter wasn’t available last evening. (Today October 9, 2023 would like to thank Maureen Lowery, District Manager for the Apology Letters and the Gift Cards to each girl involved).

They are so slow at filling prescriptions. My wife called ahead and they said our daughters prescription would be filled by 6:00. We got there close to 7:00 and they said it would still take another 30 minutes to an hour.
