I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Staff is friendly but lately I’ve had to babysit my prescriptions. Constantly calling and asking for updates. One item wasn’t refilled in time and after I followed up twice it was magically waiting for me. Now I have more back order items and no one ever knows anything. I logged into the app today and my back order prescription wasn’t even being processed. It needed to be submitted AGAIN!!! WHAT IS GOING ON?!? It’s quicker to drive up there than get someone on the phone. It’s so frustrating. I think it’s finally time to switch.

This review is of the pharmacy. Came in this morning to get two prescription. I told the pharmacist I had two prescriptions. She handed me one and again I repeated,I have another prescription. She unapologetically told me, "well it's not here." While standing there, I looked at my app, and it said the prescription was at a different Walgreens. I looked at the pharmacist and said, "has this ever happened before?" She said yes. I told her this is very inconvenient. She just stared at me. No apology, no thank you, have a nice day, just complete disregard for a customer. Horrendous customer service! Horrendous attitude by an employee.

Loads better than the CVS up the road. My only issue is the wait times over the phone but I definitely understand because they are almost always slammed with customers and have limited workers at the pharmacy. Thank you Walgreens for all you do!

The pharmacy staff are the best that I've encountered. They were extremely professional and very kind to everyone. They are very patient with the full process of prescriptions. To me, it doesn't matter how long it takes to get it, as long as I got my product, that's the most important thing. Great job to the staff! Big props to you!

Switched to this one due to issues with my son's meds but now it's the same with them and can never get through on the phone to them!! My daughter's meds need filled and they won't answer the phone to get the correct meds sent over this is NOT A GOOD CHOICE

If I could give 0 stars I would!! My family has switched from this pharmacy. There has never been a time when I have had a good easy experience. They NEVER have prescriptions ready, their average drive-thru time is 15-20 minutes, they never apologize for abysmal customer service. I am not one to ever leave a review like this but I feel it important to warn others! AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!

I would never recommend Walgreens to any friend or family members and I will be recommending CVS or Walmart as replacements. I will be moving my business. Very poor service not to mention that there was a prescription error on them that I had noticed before leaving the store.

Today was the SECOND time I was charged twice for my prescription because I didn’t have a code that was never sent to me when I paid online. Both times I’ve been told that I have to bring my bank statement in to prove I was charged twice. Ridiculous that they can’t seem to figure their own system out and verify I’ve already paid. Now I’m out $250 until I can find the time to bring a statement in.

I was just there this morning to get my COVID-19 shot. The whole process was smooth and painless. If you need to get your shot, go to www.Walgreens.com and it walks you thru it.

Wouldn't even look into why their machines weren't working. For transactions. Fowl attitude and was no help in a emergency situation. Wouldn't send my enemy there
