When I was unable to get the job done locally, I made the drive down to Fenton. My salesperson Tandra took care of what I needed and got me exactly what I wanted and a great installer. The owner Austin came out met me and shook my hand and let me know I was at the right place. The installation is complete and the job couldn't be any nicer everybody did a first class job don't hesitate to go and see these folks they're going to get you taken care of the right way please ask for Tandra she will have amazing attention to detail and get you what you need!!

Terrible business. My Fiancé spent $5,000 on a fireplace when we got it hooked up it wouldn’t work. So we called them out they say “oh it’s fine , leave then charge us $200. Theese people are wrong. Then we have ANOTHER company to come out just to get it to work. Will Never do business with them again.By the way my Fiancé owns a company for 45 years. We do NOT do people like this.

Came in to purchase a part for my grill, which is under warranty.. to my surprise, they replaced it free. The sales lady was amazingly helpful and friendly. Thank you Sandra and Victorian sales. I should add that I did not purchase the grill from them, but wish I had.

My husband and I came to Victorian Sales in January in search of a wood burning fireplace insert. Everyone was pleasant with good attitudes in the store. Our issues began when they were meant to coordinate the install of a new stone slab on our hearth. It was a mess trying to get it coordinated, and it eventually was just never done. Then, on day of install, Victorian Sales did not send a mason with the install crew - something we had talked about and confirmed 3+ times due to our stone fireplace needing to be shaved down in 2 small places. Instead of calling the office when we brought this to their attention, the install crew made a series of errors that led to our stone fireplace being completely hacked up ALL they way around the shroud. We finally asked them to stop, and called the office. Before we know it, there are 6 crew members in our house (started with 2) for almost 9 hours. Our house was covered in stone dust and our stone fireplace is permanently cut a 1/2” deep around all 3 sides of the shroud. When they left, they left the shroud wobbly, a crooked insert, broken adjustable feed AND a cracked hearth (guess it’s good we didn’t have a new piece of stone installed…). Lastly, the cast iron grate for the top of the unit did not fit as intended due to the whole unit being installed crooked and breaking the unit’s feet. A crew member took the grate outside and hacked the feet off of it with an angle grinder. The following week, I called and asked for new adjustable feet and a new (not damaged) cast iron grate. They said they’d check into it. It’s been 6 months and I’ve heard nothing. We now simply have to live with this cracked hearth, loose shroud, crooked unit and permanently hacked up stone fireplace. Overall, the fireplace does work and the Hearthstone unit is gorgeous - I would just get one somewhere else.

Best place ever … They gave us bid came out installed our gas fireplace. We could no be happier than ever . Misty and Austin we very nice owners to work with and did a fantastic job for me and my wife . I highly recommend them and their company Victorian Sales . We enjoy stopping in the farmington location to stock up on rubs & sauces. Tommy is always friendly & super helpful with his recomendations. He was spot on with our Napoleon kettle grill. Its perfect for how we like to grill & the features that are important to us. Will gladly do business there in the future.

They put an insert in our old coal burning fireplace and I could not be happier. The original parts didn’t fit quite right but they stayed on top of it and made it perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

On my inquiry about servicing my fireplaces, I sent photos as requested by Victorian to determine make of gas logs, etc. Six days later, they have not yet replied. Will not use for anything in the future, including purchases.
