2nd time I've had a package returned to sender after waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive because the "addressee could not be found " , however we get regular mail all the time, and amazon delivers all the time. Unacceptable.
Updated 8/5 : One more thing - My certified copy of my marriage license is indefinitely delayed / returned to the recorder of deeds because whoever is delivering the mail cannot make an educated judgement on the apartment number. If all the other units in the building are LETTERS then why would you assume it is a NUMBER . So now I have to somehow find the time to go back to that office and pick it up. USPS definitely needs to have an IQ test for its employees. :))

Literally the WORSE POST OFFICE! They lose mail and literally do nothing about it. The Post Master needs to be removed.

I cannot even give this place a single star, as my experience has been horrible, and I cannot even connect with a real person (even if I go there in person). I've had a "Priority Mail" with signature mailing lost in limbo for over a week. Mind you, this was sent on 4/22, expected by 4/24, now it's 4/30, and still undelivered. This is a critical notification of termination of a contract... I only required a signed document trail, and this was an epic fail! I'll even give you the tracking number: 9510812647534113055552.
The delivery address is literally less than a 30 minute drive away... I simply needed a document trail! All the while, the clerks at the counter (a black woman and a white flamboyant man, since we're into that now) were joking and largely ignoring customers throughout my time in the station.

Front desk worker wouldn’t even acknowledge me standing in line for a minute or so (I was the only person), when he did hardly made eye contact and gave one word answers. I needed help returning a few items as it was my first time and they offered little to no assistance. I decided to keep the items instead of feeling lost and wasting my time. Have never had this experience at UPS or FedEx…

Not nice people for a company with service in their name. Came in with a package that needed a small piece of tape and label affixed. The person told me I needed to purchase a whole roll of tape. Took my business to UPS, who taped my box and label for me. Based on other packages I have sent UPS was cheaper. Not to mention nicer and helpful.

We had made appts for new passports, the appt didnt show up on USPS appt schedule! They were still able to get us in and out promptly with our passport info completed!

I’ve just had bad experience after bad experience at this place. I’ve been told my package is there on the phone and then when I’m there at the location nobody knew where it was- this happened and I had to go back twice in the same day until the manager himself had to use his personal vehicle to give me my package because the staff couldn’t be bothered to find my package while I was at the desk. That was IF I could get someone on the phone because these people never answer the phone no matter how long you let the line ring. I need a mail key after moving to a new apartment complex and was told I would receive a phone call once the lock was changed- which I never received. Now I’m trying to find out if my mail key is even available to be picked up but - yet again- nobody is answering the phone. I rarely leave bad reviews but man this place needs to work on a LOT of things.

Made a claim online for a lost package that was contaminated at your Hazelwood location in transit. Rich called me right away and was super nice but not helpful and told me I’d have to wait to hear even though it was a two day guaranteed delivery and it had already been three weeks. Somehow my claim has been closed out yet two months later no package or news and after calling this locations multiple times during different hours and days I’m unable to find anything out.
