Dodgy ATM, poor customer service! My husband tried to make a withdrawal, and the cash dispenser didn't open and dispense the cash. He went inside to try to resolve it, and was told he'd have to do another withdrawal. He was also told that the extra withdrawal situation would be handled in about 2 days, and that the funds he did not receive would be returned to our account. That was more than a week ago. We still have two debits to our account, and no deposit for the extra withdrawal. He went back into the bank today and had to file yet another claim, which is being "elevated." This is inexcusable - we should have been credited IMMEDIATELY. So disappointed with the lack of response and the ineptitude of US Bank! If they can't fix their own mistakes in a timely manner, I feel less than confident about their ability to manage our money.

Only given one star because COULDN'T GO LOWER!!! I bank there but have problem with credit card and wanted to set up an appointment to discuss & resolve. They have an online process - supposedly - to do so but after FOUR attempts I was never able to get confirmation. APPOINTMENT COULD NOT BE MADE. So I tried calling the bank to set appointment through a person. Four attempts later (4 must be my non-magic number), not counting the disconnects - and 3 messages left - never received a call back from anybody. Next tried their 24 hour customer service number. After 2 disconnects there, I did reach a person who HOPEFULLY did make appointment for me (haven't received a confirmation email though) I think it's time to move our money elsewhere!

Would change to 0 stars if i could. So I got a reply and they are more concerned with the fact I was looking for a coin changer than the lack of customer service with the employee. They aren't caring about customer service.

This is the slowest us bank I have ever been to. Sitting in line now for 20 minutes. I understand a lot of places are short handed but this is the worst bank I have ever been to. Will not return ever.

I turned in our safe deposit box MONTHS ago. This is now my 3rd yes 3rd attempt to get this figured out. I was promised the last phone call that this was going to be taken care of. And yet here I am. So as the letter states and I quote please visit your local branch if you have any questions. I CAN'T the lobbies are CLOSED DURING THIS TIME. I already took care of this this is their mistake NOT MINE. I have called multiple times and all it does is ring. I GIVE UP!!!!! UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: Here I am 14 days later!! Whoever this Kim is in the comment below is a joke. I have emailed them 2 times and NOTHING!! As soon as the lobbies open I will be CLOSING ALL ACCOUNTS with them. This is unreal. I state AGAIN this is their mistake not mine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My company had to deposit all cash that was in the store. They would not take any change at all through the drive up commercial window. The bank tellers are extremely rude as if we have any other option during this time. They have the lobby closed due to COVID-19. I am sorry there are no other options at this time but as a bank you have to take the money. This is not the only location we have had a problem with this as we have 22 stores in St. Louis.
