I went there to sell my dad's van, but they were not able to offer a price we could agree on. My decision, not on them. During my visit, each employee took time to speak with me and treated me with respect, including the tech. I don't think I could have been treated better if I was purchasing a top of the line van with every imaginable option! They were all friendly, honest, and straightforward. They even took time to explain several things after we both knew we could not make a deal. If I was in the market for a new wheelchair accessible van, I would come to see them immediately! I am horrible with names, but I remember Ryan and Van. There were two others, a man and a women. All of them were very helpful!

We were in the St Louis area visiting family and our under the vehicle lift started malfunctioning and we had to use a 6 foot set of ramps to get my wife's wheelchair in and out of the van. I called the dealer near the airport but the quickest I could get an appointment was in 5 days which was 2 days after we would leave the area. They transferred me to the Fenton location and I explained my problem to the service manager. She said she could get me in in 2 days but we had a ceremony to attend that day so she put me on hold and when she returned asked if I could be there that afternoon. The service tech had it fixed in probably 15 minutes or less and took the time to correct something else and spent several minutes showing me how to operate the lift manually. Their charges were very reasonable and everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Thanks for helping out a couple from Alabama!!!

I cannot explain enough how helpful the team.. Tom and everyone are at the Fenton location. They walked me through the complex process after my driving evaluator made the recommendations for my prescribed vehicle needs. Between the team at UA, VR and the person they connected me with at MO Dept of Assistive Tech.. they made it possible for me to not be in pain every time I try to get past my driveway. It's so nice being able to roll into my van to go see my newest grandson and his family... and friends I haven't been able to see in over a year since I had to coordinate between their and my daughters work schedules.. I'm learning to experience life again thanks to them.. and Tom and his team are always willing to answer questions. Thry aren't about the sale, but focused on assuring the best quality of life they can help promote. Again, I cannot recommend them any more highly.

Truly a great service department. They have worked on my paralift handicap access van three times now, all three have been professionally done by highly trained service technicians. Always greeted with a smile. Always shown the work when it was finished before I was even asked to pay. Great work. Always done right. Reasonable price too.

United Access was extremely helpful after I was rear ended which rendered the accessible portion of my van inaccessible. They took time out of their day, unplanned, to quickly ensure I could still transport my dad safely. Thank you SO much!

I just received exceptional customer service with the United Access Mobility Fenton location. The Service Manager went out of his way to ensure that an issue my van was having was addressed quickly going above and beyond to ensure I could rely on my van. I would encourage anyone who needs an accessible vehicle or just needs maintenance to reach out to them. They understand their customers and have earned my loyalty

Jason heard what I needed. The technician named Van diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly and accurately. I was on my way home safely in no time.

Went to take my sons wheelchair to get the lock in mechanism put back on. But the service guy stated he had to order some metal cause my sons chair was expanded.. Been over a week now waiting for a call back to when the parts will be in.. ..if looking for a new van or pre used one or even repairs done right and not getting lost in the paper work or forgetfulness? I would suggest North county sales/service dept..instead of fentons
