We met with the Fenton rep and were promised a rent to own quote the next day, but it's been 2 weeks and we can't even get someone on the phone, seems like they don't want to work with someone who doesn't pay cash.

My shed turned out awesome, above expectations. The quality is very apparent. I watched as the installers built the building and took a picture diary of the build process. Kyle at the Fenton, MO location is exceptionally great to work with, as is Meghan who is in the office, I believe in Overland, MO. I am very happy and would highly recommend them and their product. Also, the building just looks good!

Friendly and very professional. Kyle made sure I understood everything in detail and helped design the shed to match my house. Very reasonable payment plan as well. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

I am revising my review after talking with the General manager. It's still not the shed we had in mind and it looks ridiculous but at least SOMEONE finally listened to us. I feel like the company really cares about customer satisfaction but this local office has some problems

Caveat Emptor. Poorly designed, unreliable delivery with workmanship lacking. Would have been better, faster and less expensive to stick-build... an abject failure of Tuff Sheds value proposition. The local people did try to resolve what they could considering what I surmised were company constraints. I will not repeat my mistake with this company in the future.Services: Shed installation

Kyle Aldinger was great to work with, helping us consider all the shed options and design a shed that worked well for us. He wasn't overly pushy about getting us to sign a contract the first time we arrived, but rather equipped us with the information and samples we needed to finalize our decisions and then place the order later in the week. The Tuff Shed online program is easy to use, the billing is straightforward and simple to pay online, and they completed the shed delivery and construction on schedule and on spec.
