“I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.”

Do your research. I found a place that would have done the same job for $210 cheaper AFTER it was too late for this repair, but I know next time.”

“Kevin runs a first class operation here. I had an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment check (my tires were showing premature wear in front). In 10 minutes my car was on the lift and they were measuring the tire tread depth. 15 minutes after that they had all the alignment angles on a computer screen for me to view. They explained that my alignment was good and instead the issue was the inexpensive tires I had purchased (avoid Westlake RP18 Tires). Kevin told me my tires would last for another year. Competent, honest and timely service. Highly recommend.”

“These are some wonderful people. I was in dire need and they came to my rescue. I have a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. I live over a 100 miles away. Every shop I called said 3 to 6 weeks. CP Transmission had me back on the road in 3 days. They are friendly. They also saw I needed an oil change and they change it for me and also fixed a few other things too. They went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them.”
“Told them I needed my transmission replaced on my 70 Chevelle due to a previous diagnosis from a shop. I noticed the car had issues going up hills and slowed down on the highway. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. Very nice people and fast service. They had replaced the transmission on my sons 2000 Acura TL a couple years ago and did a great job on that too.”

I had a lot of work done to my '96" Chevy blazer it was in sad shape.I should have been overwhelmed with all the problems it had , not to mention the transmission was trashed. But they talked me through it every step of the way 'in people terms' so I could understand what was going on. I learned a lot and was not shocked by the repair bill. I felt it was very fair. I would give them 10 ✨ stars. We will definitely be going back for all our automotive repairs.”
