We went the next day to collect plates and personal affects. Again, they were so kind. The guys even removed the plates for us. I can’t say how much we appreciate Miners for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Zach and the guys!”

“I have used Terry's Towing on and off for almost 30 years, always with good and timely service. Today was no exception. I had a car that wouldn't start and didn't know if it was the battery or if the car needed towing. I called Terry's and without exaggeration, in ten minutes I got a call from Isaac, the driver the dispatcher contacted. He arrived at my location only a few minutes later. Isaac was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a huge help. He determined the battery was dead, got it jumped and got me on my way in a timely manner. Because of him, what was likely to be a huge problem for me was already off to a much better start. I've always had good service from Terry's but Isaac was the best.”

“This was my first encounter with this place of business. I rented a U-Haul and dolly from them. Wow, I really was impressed by their friendliness, promptness, and organization. The process of picking up and returning the U-Haul was seamless. Unlike other locations, they don't charge an after hours drop off fee which really comes in handy. The U-Haul was very clean on the inside and well maintained.
When I walked into the establishment, I was in awe of all the award plaques they had hanging on the wall. For years they have been receiving awards for being some fantastic U-Haul service providers. They don't just offer this service but they also sell different auto supplies and some free snacks (lol).
I had reserved my U-Haul on a Sunday and was scheduled to pick it up at 12. They close at 12pm on Sunday's and it impressed me that they didn't grunt or moan about staying past 12 to make sure I received my reservation. I of course was on time to pick it up but the processes to get the keys took a few extra minutes.
I reserved the smaller of the moving trucks which didn't include a ramp. That was no big deal at all. I appreciated the fact that they offered all 3 sizes of trucks. I also rented the appliance dolly which was in great shape. I was moving a sofa sleeper from one location to another. At the time of picking up the truck, they had already loaded the dolly into the back of it for convenience. I can't say how well the dolly works because I ended up not needing to use it, but it seemed like it was strong and sturdy.
I will be using them again for future purposes.”
