It says online they open at 10am, I arrived at 10:02 and on the door it says they open at 11:00. They need to change their time online..

This store used to be a great store. I have easily spent several thousand dollars here. They switch managers every two years. The overall pricing has skyrocketed and is totally random. This has led to an over abundance of floor inventory. Higher prices equals less sales. Calling this store a thrift is no longer accurate. It’s closer or higher than retail on many of the donated items. St Vincent’s management need to reread their mission statement and act accordingly. I really miss this store. I don’t go there anymore.

Had the non-pleasure of encountering the rudest employee when making my drop off over the weekend. After having a very challenging day moving my mom into a nursing home, I dropped off the items she didn't want. There was no one out to help so I started to unload and put into the boxes available when all of a sudden I was being yelled at by an employee. How dare I put things into the boxes, I was making more work for him! I apologized, even offered to take the items back out but he kept going on how I messed it all up. I told him to not be so rude and no one was out to help which he replied there is a bell!!! I was supposed to see the tiny sign with the tiny bell. This is supposed to be a Christian place and I felt anything but Christian leaving. Take note employee, be more kinder to the people dropping off, you don't know what they are dealing with that day.

First time here at this location. I donate a lot of items to charity companies like this and I like to come when I'm looking for a good bargain. I recently completed a diamond art project and needed a very specific frame, but did not want to spend much money. I needed a large border on it. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a lot of pictures here. There was probably four different ones that were options I could've used. They also had some brand new items at the store as well. Lots of really good cookware/glass decor items. They had a good section of clothing if that's what you're looking for, and some furniture as well. The folks working here were very nice and helpful. My friend purchased a large piece of furniture for her daughter. They will be picking it up later. The lady told her that all she had to do was pull around back and they will have people bring the item to her and loaded up in their truck for them. That's good service.

I went to shop at this location a week ago and a gentleman named Sam was helping with while I was shopping, I got better service from Sam than I get when shopping at a high end retailer. Thank you sam for rolling up the rug helping me and my friend navigate the store and find some amazing things for our upcoming event. 10/10 recommendation this location the staff is top notch even with a infant and a 5 year old.Very clean and organized as well as priced fair and affordable.

They have a nice variety of stuff for cheap. Priced better than goodwill, in my opinion. Workers are always helpful when needed. Definitely check out if you like thrifting.

I like that their prices are reasonable (like a thrift store should be) and what they do for the community, but their donation area needs serious attention. We pulled up with a huge SUV full of nice stuff to donate today (Sunday, 9/24/23). Nobody was out there and no signage saying what to do, so I just started putting stuff in the big cardboard bins that were there. An older man eventually came out and rudely yelled at us not to put anything in the bins, then immediately got called back inside. We loaded everything back in our car and went to donate/shop at Goodwill, where everyone was friendly and organized.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE STAFF HERE AT THIS STORE. DON, DORIS, AND CONNIE ARE AMAZING STAFF MEMBERS. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOU HAPPY AND YOUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE MEMORABLE!! MY SON HAS AUTISM AND COLLECTS VACUUM CLEANERS AND THE STAFF HERE MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY. I CAN'T SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH TO THOSE 3 AND EVERYONE THAT WORK HERE! EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE AND HAVE HEARTS OF GOLD. TREMENDOUS LOVE FROM AMY AND DREW TO YOU ALL. OUR ABSOLUTELY FAVORITE THRIFT STORE!!!
