2/1/2024 - 3/20/2024 Ordered the sample kit & canceled all future deliveries because I found I'm allergic to the product within one week of receiving the samples. I was told by email they can not find me in their system by email, phone number, delivery address or by the credit card used. I provided labels from the delivery of the samples to assist in finding me in their system but that also did nothing. 3.5 weeks later I'm slammed with a full size order & a charge of almost $300.00 I called my bank immediately and had my card cancelled & the charge reported as invalid. I was issued a new card & money was put back into my account but I can not guarantee banks will do this for others. Despite my many emails & call's to this company (almost daily) I get not response from them. Unfortunately I'm here to inform others not to get taken like I did. Pretty scandalous if you ask me.

Avoid this establishment at all cost, I was told no one is safe here it is true. They will fire you and lie on you. Jennifer Sinclair told me to turn in badge and lied and said I resigned. Very little brown people 1 or 2 if that. If you don’t slave here you won’t last oh and the pay is just above minimum wage $15.50. Lots of work and if working in bottling area your breaks are when work is completed and you have to fully grab down and wear ppe, you can’t just leave the line. Stay away please!
