I went to Sephora to find a foundation that matched my complexion, and the girl who worked there, Macy went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. I was really impressed because she was so young, yet she was really good at her job and knew the products well. She was incredibly sweet and helpful and made the experience excellent! I am definitely coming back after I get my next paycheck!

I was VERY quickly reminded why I stopped giving this company business years ago. But against my better judgment and with a neurologist appointment for my 1.5 year old the net morning. I thought it would be easy enough to stop in and grab a brow pencil. Not only was I GIVEN the wrong product that I showed her i wanted (bc she had to look below for the correct color and probably accidentally grabbed the wrong one) Completely understandable, but what isn't, is since I thought I was being handed exactly what I wanted, I rushed out the door. I know I should have checked, that is my fault. But when I went to return it less than 24 hours later, I was meet with an extremely rude employee bc she was in fact the ones that handed me the wrong thing. Since I had to return the following morning and noticed I forgot my receipt, even though SHE MESSED UP, I was not allowed to return the item (again understandable) but not even given store credit?!!??! Geez, It was completely sealed and obviously not used, but Sephora is too focused on getting that extra 25 bucks from a cancer patient that cant work due to cost of her treatments. Do yourself a favor and walk the few stores down to go to Ulta Beauty.

Went in there last night and the sales lady was top notch! She found me the exact item I was looking for.. She took the time to find me the perfect brand and shade. I never felt rushed. It was a great experience. I’ll be going there now instead of the other place I usually go to. I wish I had gotten her name
