I highly recommend not being a woman who will question change.....they are not supportive, the gentlemen that I've dealt with in both conversations at this agency would rather talk down to you and try to convince you to just be ok with things, rather than pulling up your policy and looking into specifics and having a conversation that creates understanding and shows a desire to have you as a customer.I was switched to this agent when mine left Allstate with no communication that the change had occurred. All other interactions with Allstate agents and representatives outside of this agent have been supportive and good.
