Extremely money motivated to the point where animal health comes second in their mission. Our dog was misdiagnosed with a thyroid issue and went through multiple rounds of testing that were expensive by themselves - not to mention the constant check ups which add up substantially. Switched vets and found out our dog actually has an autoimmune disease which destroys certain glands on the skin and causes hair loss that can be permenant if left untreated - which it was because they were treating a thyroid issue that my dog absolutely does not have. Now he's left with a very thin coat of hair thanks to Romaine Veteranary. ?I would avoid this place if possible. It's a very nice facility but you the customer are merely paying for just that, not quality care.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and professional. I felt very much at ease during my visit. They answered all my questions and were generous with their time taking care of my new kittens.

This was our first time at this vet and the first impression blew us away. They are very patient, understanding, non-judgemental and don't push for one treatnent over the other. They give all options that could benefit the patient. We plan on bringing all our fur babies here.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than we received for a first time visit with our cat Chloe. Chloe is a very skittish cat and I thought she would just be terrified and behave horribly. But the vet and staff were amazing with her! I highly recommend R Veterinary at Romaine Creek for an exceptional veterinary experience for your pet!

We took our cat here when he was feeling pretty sick. The staff was AMAZING and everything was explained really well. We were able to get treatment knowing the costs upfront, which is such a relief. There is no other vet I will be taking our pets to. This one is top notch.

We recently took our dog Meeska to R Veterinary at Romaine Creek. We absolutely love this place. They are easy to talk to and explained what they were going to do. Meeska needed x-rays, the doctor brought them in for us to look at and explained everything. If you love your animals the way we do, this is the place to take them.

They are wonderful people. Had to have my dog put down. It was very easy process and no pain for my buddy. They even followed up with a nice card in the mail. Had a nice urn for him. Overall, they care. That's what counts.
