Premium just finished our kitchen and overall, we couldn’t be happier. Jeff, Patrick, Lucky & Matt, our carpentry/install/install team took really great care of us, and made sure we had high quality work. On the whole, we did have some issues/hiccups on the design side, but Premium stood by their work and made it right. We’re thrilled with how it turned out

I had an amazing experience with Premium Cabinets. Their team had great design insight and guided me to lay out my kitchen the best way possible! They are prompt, responsive and delivered great quality cabinets. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and I will definitely use them in the future.

Really happy with how things turned out. Mark was excellent at communicating and easy to work with, and kept things on track. His and all the crew really, paid attention to detail and their knowledge and workmanship was terrific. I’ve heard some scary stories with kitchen remodels and was thankful I had none. A few minor bumps here or there but that’s expected and any concern was resolved timely and satisfactory.

John and his team were amazing to work with. The showroom allowed us to plan and visualize our work and the basement kitchen and bar became a reality. Highly recommended premium cabinets for the high quality and value!!!

We're thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! I started working with Alec in early December of 2023. We ordered cabinets in April, and our project finally wrapped up at the end of August 2024.
We worked with our own contractor, and while this review is not about them, we feel like they were the biggest reason things turned out so well and went as smoothly as they did. This was a BIG project; we knocked down walls and changed windows and doors and needed exterior work done as well. Every appliance moved to a new location so we required just about every kind of contract specialist you can imagine! We initially priced out working with Premium's contractors and weren't thrilled with the price or the lack of itemization on the various parts of the project.
What I really appreciate about Premium is the transparency they do offer. In my first meeting with Alec he sat down and listened to my ideas, took the measurements I brought, and put together a cabinet design right on the spot. I had gone through several other companies prior to meeting with Premium and this was not typical practice; I waited weeks for designs from other companies only to find they couldn't work within my budget or design preferences. We love the quality of our cabinets.
Communication over the months was probably the only hard part when it came to working with Premium; there were a few instances where I didn't think things should have taken as long as they did to get back to me, and a few miscommunications that led to us needing to order additional parts.
We purchased our countertops via Premium as well and while we love what we ended up with, their partnering with Hallmark Stone was difficult for us to navigate. We had several issues with Hallmark from communication, to backordered product, to improper cuts that required additional work after install, but Premium did stand up for us as their customer as we worked out the issues and it was great to have their support to figure it all out.
All in all we're quite satisfied with how everything turned out and really love our new kitchen! Looking forward to making a few new furniture purchases to finish everything up.

John, Candace, and Jenn have been nothing short of perfect!
They make the process of designing and ordering absolutely seamless and enjoyable!
From someone who used to work in the cabinet industry, Candace and John have it down to a science. The quality of their products and service is unmatched. I especially appreciate how they check and re-check every item to ensure it's in the best condition and every piece is there before we pick up or they deliver.
We use them regularly for flipping homes and my boyfriend uses them as his kitchen and bath vendor for his construction company! We know that going with Premier Kitchens and Bath that everything will be correct and we don't have to stress or worry if anything will get damaged in shipping/etc like most other companies.

This company has made my renovation simpler. From my first phone call to schedule, drawing up the plans, to installation was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was patient and very knowledgeable. So much so, that I'm going back for a second project of a fireplace wall with cabinets!

Nothing but great experiences here at Premium Kitchen and Bath! The team provides great service and they are detailed in every step of the way. Other than that, the turnaround time is great as well as the quality of the cabinets. Great experience all around!!

I have had multiple clients work with Premium Cabinets (Alec mainly) and he has been nothing but helpful and super professional. Their cabinets are very high quality and they are contractor friendly.
We have never had any issues installing their product and all of my clients have loved their cabinets.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with Premium Cabinets from the very start. Alec was great to deal with in the showroom. Jeff did a great job coordinating our install, working with the demo team we had, and the flooring company. The real star was Zach and Lucky, the install team. Zach handled our job as if it was his own kitchen. He worked around our schedule and was extremely considerate to our needs. The Happiness coordinator was very helpful in assisting with fine details and scheduling our photos.
All in all 5 stars falls short!

My wife and I are so thrilled with our new kitchen island and new tile backsplash. Zack installed our new kitchen island and he was so thorough explaining each step of the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. Matt installed our new tile backsplash and when I gave him the wrong information about the pattern, without hesitation, Matt had my mistake corrected in about an hour and not once did he complain.
Both Zack and Matt did an excellent job with their installation and made certain the construction area was spotless before they left each day.
The entire process starting with Blair who helped design our island and tile selection, to the crew who came to our house to take measurements, to the final installation with Zack and Matt, was easier than I thought.
My wife and I are happy we chose Premium Cabinets for our kitchen remodel.

Had a great experience dealing with the associates at Premium Cabinets showroom. Every aspect of the whole kitchen remodel and installation was great. We were kept abreast of each step of the project.
Lead installer Patrick Riley and his main helper Zac did a fantastic job. The workmanship was excellent. Very much appreciated their attention to details.
