Paid cash for a Switch Pro controller. Asked if it was tested and was assured it was. Got home, synced it up and lo and behold, buttons do not work. Tried it on several different games and it's basically a brick. Do not trust these people with electronics, as any shop would make sure that any item, regardless of price, would work before selling, or at least sell it as transparently as possible. Period.

My wife and I have built really good relationships with this store. Up front and fair about prices and what they want or do not want. This is a place well be returning our business to over and over again

I usually visit an establishment twice before leaving a review so I can get a fair assessment of how business is conducted. Or maybe an employee was having an off day and wasn't the friendliest. With that being said this place is more of a resale shop than a pawn shop. The employees are pushy and lack knowledge in most things except maybe firearms. If you are looking for a quick pawn to get you over until payday this is not the place to go. There are plenty of other pawn shops in the area that wont try to take you to the cleaners.

Everyone was really nice and they had some really cool and unique things. Went in because I had an order from Wish to pick up and walked out with 2 Blues jerseys and 2 pairs of earrings. Definitely check them out

Only wanted to give me $50 for $250 worth of speakers. The ones they were selling were half the size for $180 a speaker and I only wanted $130 for 2 speakers which were better quality than what they were selling.

The people here are friendly and they will work with you to get you the most for your goods. I have been there 2 times and they loan me more than most pawn shop's. Highly recommended

Bought a sweet guitar here for cheap. Sweep and mop wouldn't hurt. Oh, these people working here have to deal with some real characters that do things like steal kids pokémon cards and try to get $5 for them(seen it). Give them a break if they are crabby when you come here.
