I’m very disappointed with the service my husband and daughter just received. it’s absolutely astonishing to me that they were refused fish that CAN and WILL live with fish that we already have.. we have done extensive research on the animals we have , to get singled out is ridiculous. We have spent ALOT of money in this establishment, but I can confidently say, we will not be back.

Sara is amazing and so caring as she has been grooming my fur babies. I will not go anywhere else for this service. We love Sara and she does a fantastic job on Gizmo and Precious passed away back in January of this year.

They have lots to choose from whatever type of pet you have I do wish the employees were able to answer specific questions about the animals that they sell.

The employees were incredibly unhelpful to the point of being rude. The were gathered chatting with each other in different parts of the store, I had to wait to be checked out after I was told when I was looking for an item even pulled up a picture that it doesn’t exist. I went to my car and ordered it online.
Might want to go a couple miles in either direction and find a more enthusiastic place

We had made a decision to get a fish tank and had just started the process. The young man who helped us with picking fish for our tank was very knowledgeable and a great help. Thanks, Petco staff.
