I called to inquire how to obtain a wheelchair for my mom and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. After calling other places and getting the run around, I am now hopeful about starting this process.

Wheelchair broke in more ways than one and it's only a few months old and after waiting months to even get it. My son is being deprived of going to Drs and getting needed tests done as well as rehabilitation due to faulty chair. This is an unacceptable injustice to my son.
