Completely overpriced service! I went here as a first time customer and the first thing I noticed was how annoyed the front desk rep was. On the phone and in person, he acted like I was bothering him to give them my business. The second issue is how much I was overcharged! I ordered a rear tire replacement and an oil change and my total for $440!!!??? The tire was a Dunlop RoadStart 3 and they charged me $200 for the tire plus $7 to dispose of old tire plus $60 to Install. That same tire is being sold at Cyclegear for $140... Then the oil change was $17 a L for the oil, $55 for labor AND $9.50 for "supplies" for a total of $132.30 for an oil change!!! Then to top it all off, when I show up to pay with my debit card, they tell me it will be a 4% fee of the overall cost to use it! I could not believe it. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is they did complete the service in the time frame they said they would. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

I was having a problem with my front tire on my 2015 Harley Davidson Street Bob. The front tire was leaking air and I had already taken it to a local HD dealer, who didn't find the leak. I checked the tire myself and found where it was leaking at. After calling several trusted friends who ride, they told me about Moto Tire. I called up the shop and talked to the owner Steve about bringing my bike in and he was great to deal with. Moto Tire took my wheel apart and found a pinched tube in the front wheel- something my local HD dealer didn't do. I would use this shop for all of your motorcycle tires!

Showed up 10 minutes before they open and they let me right in. I picked out my tires and I was leaving about an hour later mounted and balanced . I thought I was just going to be dropping off my wheels and picking them up later but I was able to wait super fast service really nice people.

Heads up! They are now adding 4% CC surcharge! No signs on the door or counter to suggest you might want to get cash when you return for pick-up. Disappointing.

MototireUSA had a set of dual sport Dunlop tires for my 2018 Royal Enfield Himalayan on the shelf ready to install same day. They worked with my schedule and allowed me to drop off over lunch and pick up after work. Service was quick and friendly, their shop is gorgeous and you can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in his facility and team. Happy to have this business in the neighborhood!

I went here yesterday to have a tire put on my 2001 Suzuki Savage. I brough the wheel in myself, expected to drop it off and pick it up later in the day. BIG SURPRISE! They put the tire on then and there, I had to wait about 15 minutes. My inner tube and rubber spoke protector were both in bad shape as they had clearly shown me when they brought them out, they sold me these two additional items at a VERY low cost. The owner also took me around to show me their new shop and the various motorcycles on display. The price was very fair, the service was not only quick but thorough (they even cleaned the wheel up), and their friendliness was top tier. I have already recommended this place to two other people and will continue to do so. As long as they keep this business model I will be returning for all my motorcycle tire needs.

Honestly they went far above and beyond for me. They are amazing individuals. We had a misunderstanding when I was quoted a price over the phone and it was my fault for not verifying and making sure( as I only had a set budget till my next payday) but we figured out an understanding and they were kind and understanding when they didn't have to be. I will be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone that wants quality service and customer service.

The customer service was great. Spent 2 days looking for a particular motorcycle tire. No one around had it in stock. But Mike came to the rescue. Even with only 10 minutes before closing on a beautiful Saturday, he had the tire (which we decided to puechase both tires) . He was kind enough to carry them to my car and put them in the trunk! Fantastic

They had the tires in stock that I needed got my bike in the next day and got it done I left the next morning for Sturgis and when I got there I had 8 lb of pressure in my tire
