Carol has helped me for several years. She was always professional, competent and timely. Then my returns got simpler and I thought I could do them myself. Seven years later I've returned to her, 7 years behind on my taxes (long stories & excuses). She assisted me in cleaning up the mess, efficiently and fast. Had a lovely conversation with Carol about my tax situation and she explained everything clearly and concisely. I had a lot of concerns and questions and was recommended her services by a YouTuber, Kara Buntin.Carol gave me peace of mind now and for the future. Tax stuff can be confusing, especially with all of the conflicting information online. All of our tax situations vary from person to person and I was happy to know I’m on the right track to success. Carol was extremely helpful to me. Even though she’s not taking new clients right now, she helped walk me through some things as this year I’m dealing with taxes from proceeds of selling my Dads house since his passing. I really appreciated her help and would use or refer her without hesitation.

Previous to using Moneybags Tax Services, I had a lot of angst about filing taxes. Carol has taken that away and makes the experience almost painless. I've been Carol's tax client now for over 20 years!!! Before I found Carol to do my taxes every year, I was totally overwhelmed with all the pre-tax planning binders I would receive from one of the "big CPA firms" -it just seemed like tax prep overkill!!! I had just taken an early retirement from a major corporation and as I started a small business, Carol walked me through what expenses to keep track of for start up and through the first year. Carol is a MASTER at keeping things simple and helping my creative brain understand the logic of how tax reporting works!! I use her services throughout the year, as well, when I have a question about certain investments and how they will impact me at tax time. She also fills out all the city/county/state small business forms through the year that are absolute "greek" to me!!! Earlier this year, when I was preparing to retire, I ran everything through her - she's just an integral part of my "team." What a wonderful person and great communicator she is!
