Having any kind of work done to your primary transportation can be so stressful but not with Mertz! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Not only does my trucks body work look immaculate.. after the repair they washed and detailed the whole thing before giving it back to me which I had no clue they were going to do.
I got my truck back in better shape than it was when I brought it to them in more ways than the body work.
The manager, the receptionist, and the body guys are all professional and organized. Thank you so much Mertz Auto Body!

What do you do when your dad retires and runs away from home and you need body work? GO TO MERTZ! They do amazing work, deal with insurance for you and they are friendly. You can tell its a family business and thats how I felt I was treated. Like family.

If I can give no stars I would! I came to them for a second time to do work on my car because the first time was okay. The second time I’ve informed them that I needed “front end work done.” They quoted me $930 plus $130 for a dignostics for all the work needed done. A couple days later I informed them I’m still experiencing noises from the end. They told me I would have to pay another $130 for a diagnositics fee and it was my struts, I stated why wouldn’t you add that then to the list of stuff I needed. They were also bery rude. I told myself I would never go to them again! I went to the dealership where I should’ve went in the first place and my diagnostics stated I my front arm was loose which is one of the services they provided!! Never again! I will be going to small claims on them!

I always feared the aftermath of being in an accident because I’ve heard so many horror stories of people dealing with body shops, however I can say that was definitely not the case working with Mertz.
Gary and Kerri communicated everything throughout the process extremely well and got my vehicle back into my hands in a timely manner despite a few parts being back ordered. (Which was impressive given the state of the parts market at the time)
Can’t recommend this place enough!

MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected.MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues.All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would definitely go back in the future if needed - but hopefully not, lol.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had our car repaired here after being rear ended at the airport. Carrie and everyone else at Mertz was SO wonderful to work with! They went above and beyond to make sure our car was fixed and back to normal. I will continue to bring my cars here for body work if needed!

My Jeep suffered extensive hail damage and Mertz was amazing during this time! Supply chain was hard to deal with but Gary and Carrie did not give up until they got the part that was needed!
